South & City College Birmingham - Digbeth Campus

The customer service at this college is extremely frustrating, and the staff clearly lack even the most basic skills required for their job – especially the reception staff. To get anything done, you are forced to come back three or four times, which is completely unacceptable

Do not send your child here use to do supply work for south and city and all I can say is the whole HR is corrupt! The teaching standard is extremely poor I lasted a week couldn’t take how they treated students and staff. My student told me I was there 12th tutor in 6 weeks of classes.

I literally disappointed I wanted enroll English courses but after I told them my situation is asylum seeker they attitude changed . So rude judging people without any knowledge

The two women who thought it was hilarious to intentionally drive dangerously around Beckett's Farm carpark (27/3, approx. 11.30am) should have remembered that they were in a branded car and representing the college! Disgusting - especially during the school holidays with lots of young children around.

High standard quality education, professional lecturers, well equipped.

I really enjoy it because all the teachers are helpful and friendly.

It's baffling that South & City College Birmingham - Digbeth thinks it's acceptable to have such rude security staff at their reception. Maybe it's time the college invested in some basic manners and courtesy training for them, because clearly, they've missed those lessons on their own. It's about time the college stepped up, unless they think such unprofessional behaviour is acceptable.
