I’ve been attending the Birmingham branch for laser hair removal, so far my experience has been good. My practitioner Fereshteh is a great professional and has been so lovely. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the process and I always want to have her do my sessions. Just had my 3rd session so far and I’m seeing some results already, I recommend this clinic for laser hair removal.

I’ve been going to Gemma at Este Medical for my aesthetic treatments, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and I always feel in safe hands. Recently had a hair transplant at Este Medial Group and the experience was amazing, had 3 months of before care preparing the scalp and regrowing the existing hairs and then after flew to Turkey for the transplant, everything was smooth in Turkey, the driver picked us up every time and the staff over there were amazing and so welcoming throughout the procedure, very happy with how everything went I had all my washes done at the Birmingham clinic, Harj and Lumia have been very helpful as well as all of the other staff at the clinic, very excited to see the results and can’t wait for all of the aftercare yet to come. If you are looking to get a hair transplant then I would highly recommend Este Medical Group they are the best!!! Thank you!

I go to the Birmingham branch and get laser hair removal done with the Candela machine which is fab! The staff are attentive from the receptionists to the cleaners and the beauty therapists. The whole place is impeccably clean, friendly and welcoming and the services offered are second to none! I have just had my fifth session of laser hair removal with Fereshteh and have already seen incredible results. She is so welcoming and ensures that you feel as comfortable as possible - I can’t recommend enough! I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend to others as both myself and other family members/ friends have been and are highly impressed with the services provided.
