We booked this venue for my daughter’s wedding on 13th September 2025.
The staff here were very accommodating to all our requests. Imran was our point of contract. He was always available to answer any questions we had. And anything we wanted to add was never a problem.
On the day a password was provided for the parking. There were two members of Staff outside, keeping everything in order.
When we arrived for the event everything was set up immaculately. They really exceeded our expectations. It looked amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
The food was served hot and on time (8:30pm). The quality of the food was excellent. We were worried about it as we hadn’t tasted beforehand. But we were very pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted.
All the waiting staff were quick to serve food and top up where needed. We didn’t need to ask for anything. When the event was over our leftover food was packed ready for us to take away.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to have a perfect wedding day.

We recently celebrated a family wedding at the Marigold, and I can genuinely say it was one of the most seamless, beautifully organised events we’ve attended, all thanks to the incredible staff and especially Rima, the wedding coordinator.
From the very beginning, Rima stood out as a true professional. Her communication was timely, clear, and reassuring throughout the planning process. No question went unanswered, and no detail was too small for her to handle. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes and on the day itself to ensure everything ran like clockwork.
The itinerary was thoughtfully prepared and expertly managed, guests knew exactly where they needed to be and when, all without ever feeling rushed. Rima took the time to personally guide guests when needed, helped with transitions between each part of the day, and was always one step ahead in making sure everything flowed smoothly.
What made the biggest impact was how calm and composed she remained throughout, even when the inevitable last-minute changes came up. Rima handled them with grace and efficiency. Her warmth and hospitality made everyone feel welcomed and looked after, which truly enhanced the entire experience for our family and friends.

I recently attended an event here. They have nice decorated hall but unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The dishes lacked flavor and some items ( kababs, chicken curry and dessert as well ) seemed poorly prepared. For an occasion as important as a wedding, I expected much better quality and taste. Hired a children’s bouncy castle for our son’s 3rd birthday party. The guys gave us a call to let us know they would be with us shortly, turn they turned up in good time, very professionally set up, then checked what time our party would be finishing and returned later that evening to collect, again very happy with the team that came to collect. They’d had a busy day but non the less were full of smiles and polite asking if we’d enjoyed ourselves and ensured that we were happy with our hire, which we really were.
For me it was a toss up between Model My Party and another company, but these guys straight away advertised their insurances and made it clear they were a professional company. Would highly recommend, thank you Ashley and the team.

On the 3rd of August 2025 we had the hall booked for my son’s weddings and I must say it has been an honour. The scenery was beautiful. To the owner, Shak, and the staff of this establishment, you have been amazing and incredibly supportive of our needs, the food was ASTOUNDING, and at the last minute they were very adamant with providing cars for hire when I got into some issues with places elsewhere. The amazing owner, Shak, detailed the venues additions such as, food stalls, 360 vid shoot, which was incredibly generous and I’m appreciative for this as it lifted some of the burdens of my shoulders.

Anthony is absolutely incredible – we felt so confident and comfortable with him and trusted him for all the things big and small. He didn’t leave anything for us to worry about leading up to the big day, and during the day itself, and assisted us on other important decisions for the day that were not entertainment related. His knowledge and advice was spot on for anything wedding related, and we greatly appreciated the assistance on all the little things!!
The rest of the Vibe crew is just as amazing. From the composition of the sets, to the incredible talent of the live music (pianist and saxophonist) we couldn’t have been happier. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations and my guests are still talking our ears off about how amazing the entertainment was!!!! Our cocktail hour was beautifully enhanced with our pianist, and we all had so much fun with the roaming photo booth. Our monogram inside the ballroom was absolutely stunning and was perfect for what we needed. Our saxophonist at the reception was above and beyond incredible and his talent and energy is unmatched!! We wish we could go back and do it all over again just to experience the night with the Vibe crew again.

We also had the video dj package and it was out of this world they set up a photo backdrop and bring a massive box of props funny hats,wigs and loads more! Went to my friend walima today at this venue gotta say was astonishing from the get go the design of the interior was extravagant and details was a wowzer .upon entrance recived apertizer such as shish kebab and battered shrimp accompanied by soft drinks the service was top notch .the food on the menu seemed promising .from starts to dessert .BUT .for some reason it was so spicy took away my taste buds .even the briyanni .I though it was only me but everyone on the table were mentioning how spicy it was as it was burning their tongue and that too from 9 other different people who i didn’t know that were seated along side me ..the butter chciken and paanir was yummy so I had to give the food like 7/10 to even it out otherwise I know I would of really enjoyed it and i nkownitnwould of been a 10 /10 the food is the main attraction alongside the bride and the MOST talked about .so i hope the venue takes this feed back and Improve on it the service was great waiters were very attentive and courteous. ..plenty of parking space and plenty of decor to take vibrant pics with .overall the atmosphere was amazing

I recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at Quad e Azam (28/07/25) and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service and support we received from start to finish. The entire experience was flawless from the initial planning stages to the big day itself.
A special mention must go to Annisa, our dedicated wedding organiser, who was truly an absolute gem. Her professionalism, calm demeanour, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Annisa is a true asset to Quad e Azam, and we are so thankful for her support.
The service on the day was impeccable staff were attentive, well-organised, and respectful throughout the event. Everything was executed with precision, allowing us to simply enjoy the occasion with our loved ones.

We recently held our wedding at the Quaid e Azam Grand Ballroom in Birmingham and I couldn’t be happier with how the day went. From the very beginning, the team were incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I was a bit worried about timings on the day, especially with getting family and guests together and arriving on time, but the team really pulled everything together and made it all work smoothly.
The coordination was spot on and everything ran to schedule without feeling rushed. The food was amazing and we had so many compliments from guests. One of the things that stood out to us was how well Quaid e Azam catered to our multicultural wedding. They were understanding, flexible, and made sure that all cultural needs and preferences were respected and beautifully integrated into the day.
Our family and friends left happy and full of praise for the venue. We’re so grateful to the team for making it such a stress-free and memorable day. Highly recommended for any couple planning their big day.

Held my daughters Rukhsati here. Mustafa & Anisah were really helpful. The lunch was bang on, the service was great. Nobodyleft disappointed. They were really accommodating considering there was 630 guest.
On the downside, entrance into the ballroom should be earlier this would accommodate more time for photos at the end if you have a large family like mine. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our happy occasion.

Felt comfortable throughout and the helpers were amazing at organising 1:1s. The 1:1s were at the side allowing for a comfortable experience without being interrupted. Would definitely recommend.

Ava Event Styling are absolutely incredible and we’re so glad we had them for our wedding.
From the start we felt in good hands as Amy and Amanda did such an amazing job taking our prompts (which were pretty much ‘I like wildflowers and these colours’) and turning them into a mood board of inspiration.
We had to move our wedding twice due to COVID and Ava were incredible throughout. In that time the costs associated with flowers and labour both increased but Amy was amazing working with us to get something that would work for our vision.
The result was absolutely spectacular and I will never forget walking into the court at Hampton Manor and seeing the display. Amy outdid herself and I could not have asked for a better artist to take on our wedding.
Literally everything was amazing – communication, timekeeping, and the flowers – the passion Amy has for her craft and the care she puts in for her couples is exemplary. All of our guests commented on the flowers. I am so glad we went with Ava and I would recommend them to anyone – you won’t regret it.

We hired Amanda and Amy to style our wedding at Hampton Manor eighteen months ago. Given that we had only given ourselves and AVA 3 months to plan and pull off our big day, Amanda and Amy were just brilliant and took so much of the stress away. From the initial meeting I had with Amy at Ava Styling, I knew her and Amanda were the florists for our wedding. I also knew what flowers and what colours I wanted – white with greenery. My nana had Lily of the Valley at her wedding and to carry on the tradition a few years later was an amazing feeling. The day before the wedding I was getting updates of how things were progressing on Instagram, which was lovely. In fact, I even shed a few tears at one point after seeing a video of fresh bunches of Lily of the Valley being unwrapped. So I’d just like to say – from the first meeting to a week or so after the wedding when a few tulips were hanging limply in a vase on my Mum’s fireplace – the flowers and Ava Styling were perfect – thank you.

I wasn’t happy with Ava Event Styling Ltd, which was the firm my wife hired for our wedding on 13th May 2017. The most crucial thing about a wedding is to “get to the church on time” – they were working to the church being open at 12.30pm for a 1.30pm wedding when in fact the church was open at 11.30am for a 12.30pm wedding. They advised that they were given the wrong time by a member of staff at the church, but I was not satisfied with that as I felt that Ava’s directors should have recorded our instructions (which we gave them) properly. Amanda Plester asked my wife by email three days before the wedding when the ceremony start time was, and she was given the correct information by reply. To be fair, the Ava team did send a text message to my wife the day before the wedding which referred to their incorrect understanding of 12.30pm access time for the church… but unfortunately this text message was sent to my wife’s work mobile telephone number rather than her personal mobile telephone number, so we only picked up this message at the end of our honeymoon. When I reviewed the contract documentation after the event, I saw that my wife’s correct personal mobile telephone had been confirmed on that documentation – therefore I feel we had a legitimate expectation that Ava’s directors would contact us on that number, even if at any previous time the other number had been used – after all, I can’t see what more the client can do other than a) provide the correct telephone number and b) then check that the correct telephone number is on the contract/order note!
Net result of all of this was that a) our church wedding proceeded without the pew-end flower displays which we had ordered (although to be fair they were reused at the wedding reception), b) some photos from before/after the wedding don’t match in the way I would have reasonably expected because members of the wedding party were dressed with buttonhole flowers later than I would have expected, c) we lost thirty minutes of our wedding reception (and suffered the embarrassment of our guests waiting in the church for thirty minutes) because of the delay in the delivery of bouquets to the bride and bridesmaids (to be fair we could have reduced the delay by foregoing some of the photographs but I don’t really feel we should have had to do that) and d) we were both quite upset at what had happened – can you imagine this happening on your wedding day after eighteen months of planning, and can you imagine the feeling in the bride’s hotel room when the florists did not turn up at a time they were reasonably expected?
To be fair I would say that Ava’s directors had every honest intention of fulfilling the engagement properly, and that the flower arrangements supplied were to a high standard, but in our case – in my personal opinion – the positive points were completely outweighed by this one timing issue. I think their administration procedures should include more checks and balances to prevent a situation like this from arising, and I feel they should take responsibility for taking all crucial instructions from their client properly in good time before the event. Hopefully they have learned from this experience.
From my own perspective, I very much wish we had hired a different firm.
