eurochange Birmingham - Bullring Shopping Centre

I’ve just watched this shop close tonight, not only was it a minute early (so what), but a bag of rubbish was thrown outside the shop by the employee. I’m disgusted. Not only is this surely brand damaging but also, a trip hazard at the bottom of the stairs in the bullring! Awful! There’s a bin right by the stairs! This is lazy and dangerous!

Honestly had a great experience. I ordered online a few currencies and it was really easy and transparent. It came a few days later for me to collect. The staff was friendly and nice. When I came back, I took what I had left to change it back to pounds. Again the staff was professional, transparent and helpful. I would personally recommend them.

Visited Eurochange in Bullring this morning. Raffihas was very friendly and provided outstanding service.

I have been served by Steven who was very helpful and chatty. He was smiling and gave me the best customer service here, as in the past I was always served by woman whom were very arrogant.Finally I had a good experience and felt happy when I left. I believe every person who faces clients should be monitored closely to make sure even if they have a bad day they don't put that on the customer.

If rudeness and incompetence were a person, it would certainly be the girl who served me today, well, the one who DIDN’T want to serve me. She should feel ashamed of her disgusting behavior. I don’t know her name, but she have long, straight, and black hair. Greenish eyes. I guess she’s Indian or Pakistani. Light skin and not fit at all. She made me leave, saying that the service I requested was not possible. So how is it possible that I did it before and I can do it in another eurochange? Magic? I came back to explain it to her, with my receipt from the other store confirming that I made my transaction correctly and she didn't even apologize, she even threatened me and keep saying she’s not going to do it never. The most ridiculous and crazy thing that has ever happened to me. I’ve come to this establishment many times but I will never come again. She needs to learn how to treat people and of course someone should train her again because she has NO IDEA how the service she offers works. What a shame.
