I hired Morgan Reach Accountancy to handle my company’s book-keeping and payroll needs, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Their work was riddled with errors – particularly the payroll, which had numerous mistakes every month.

When I tried to get clarification or assistance, my questions went unanswered or were met with long delays. The worst part was the VAT return they submitted, which was so incorrect that I had to hire another accountancy firm to fix their mistakes.

Despite their poor performance and the additional costs I incurred to correct their work, they continued to send invoices as if they had provided quality service. Save yourself the headache and financial burden – look elsewhere for your accounting needs.

From the beginning of my time with them up until today I have been very pleased with their quality of work, ethics, attention to detail and their business manner. They are very friendly to deal with; the front desk kindly offered me a post Christmas chocolate the last time I was there! The accountant who does my books (Gulraj) is very efficient. He has walked me through the process and made sure the work is done correctly, on point and on time.

I agree with the user review by Tania below, Sigma can’t complain that I have not been a client for theirs now.

When you initially speak to them they show you the stars and boast about their services but after you sign up this is what u get : –
– Extremely poor service
– Have to be reminded about everything
– Slow response
– They don’t really care about the clients, but are very prompt in sending invoices for their fees without delays!!

My advice to people who are considering contacting them is – don’t waste your time here as there are much better accountants out there that charge a fraction of an amount that they charge and still do a better job. Highly Not recommended.!!
