I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the support that you and your team have provided to ensure I got my insurance sorted. As always, you went into great depth to ensure I not only received cover for the right cost, I received cover that was right for me! Ford gave me a quote for £692 for GAP insurance which covered an unlimited amount and time. After talking through this with you, we quickly established that this would only require a 2 year coverage and a maximum of £10,000 to cover the difference. I saved nearly £500 but more importantly, I got the right cover from an insurance company that listens to their customers and doesn't just go with an off the shelf package!
