I have been a member of Rigs Fitness for many years now but this place has been a life saver for me during my pregnancy. From the very beginning, everyone from the team at Rigs has been absolutely amazing! My goal was to stay strong, healthy, and supported throughout and all of the coaches have been very knowledgeable, encouraging, and incredibly thoughtful in adapting workouts to meet my changing needs. Every session has felt safe, empowering, and genuinely enjoyable. The coaches- Dave, Rob, Lou, Matt, Lewis, Richard, Kim- take the time to understand what’s right for you, not just physically, but mentally as well. I’ve felt stronger, more confident, and well-prepared for the changes in my body thanks to their guidance. They never made me feel like I had to slow down, just adjust and train smarter, which made a huge difference in both my fitness and my mindset. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community. The atmosphere is always welcoming and positive, and I’ve felt very supported by the staff and fellow members during this journey. If you're pregnant and wondering whether you can (or should) keep training, Rigs is the place that will remind you you absolutely can! Thank you to everyone at Rigs for being such an important part of this special chapter in my life. I can’t wait to join the Mama & Mini classes with my little one soon!
Recently joined here I am really enjoying it. The sessions are challenging but you can go at a pace suitable for you. I absolutely love the 9 rounds class with Rob. I always feel great after classes and like I have done a real workout rather than motivating myself to go and lift weights at a mainstream gym. Mix of people of all abilities so it doesn't feel too daunting, the staff are very friendly and ensure you feel welcome. I have full confidence training here will make me a lot fitter and push myself further than training alone.
Once you join Rigs, there’s no going back. By far the best gym experience I’ve had. The trainers and gym friends are welcoming and warm. There is a good balance between banter and training. Trainers push you to achieve your best; Rigs has helped me achieve my best fitness levels and have you feeling amazing about yourself after each session. I would definitely recommend!!
I’ve been a member of Rigs for just over a year, and I absolutely love it. The focus on classes, planned by expert coaches who are both knowledgeable and friendly, has been a game-changer for me. The best part is that it completely takes the thinking out of each session, while still ensuring I get a solid workout every time. For me, the community is one of the standout aspects of Rigs. The coaches and fellow members are genuinely supportive, and everyone really wants to see you achieve your goals. From day one, I’ve felt supported and inspired, and it’s been life-changing. Not only have I discovered the joy of exercising here, but I’ve also gained skills I never thought I would, like learning how to box and lift weights safely. The guidance and encouragement have helped me grow in confidence and ability. There’s a special energy in this gym that always brings a smile to my face. No matter how my day starts, I leave feeling happier and accomplished after every workout. And with consistency, I’ve seen real results that keep me motivated to keep showing up. I joined a couple of months ago and straight away felt welcome and comfortable. The coaches are friendly, knowledgable, supportive and will push you in every class (my heart rate definitely confirms this!!). I work shifts and have settled into a routine of classes that works and most importantly, is realistic and sustainable for me. The vibe is awesome and totally different to any gym I’ve ever been a member of before. I look forward to exercising now.
I joined Rigs recently and it’s been a great experience. I have really enjoyed strength training and boxing, which are things I normally would have avoided! All the coaches are super supportive. A really friendly gym and I would recommend it to everyone!
