Claire’s Sound Sleep session was a wonderfully magical experience. For someone who really struggles to stop, I was amazed at how quickly the gentle music and Claire’s calming tones enabled me to really relax and switch off. I left the studio feeling truly rested, calm and more able to focus. I am very much looking forward to the next session.

I Love Claire's practices, I am a yoga teacher myself and love coming to Claire's mini yoga retreats, yin and slow flows. If you're looking for some peace and a gentle way to honour how your body and mind are feeling that day, then Claire’s yoga practices are the place to be. plus I love the poems and music for the wisdom and calming vibs. <3

Yoga classes with Claire are brilliantly structured, starting with an immediately relaxing introduction which puts you at ease, a considered build up of postures which progressively push your balance and stamina, and a relaxing wind-down - which encourages you to reflect upon your practice and feel good about your accomplishments that day, regardless of skill. Claire considers multiple posture options - which caters for beginners like me, as well as experienced Yogis. Each class is filled with careful explanations and reasons for each posture, coupled with insight into the history and benefits of Yoga practice as a whole. There is a strong focus on the breath throughout the practice, which both helps improve focus and stamina, but also relaxation. I always leave classes with Claire feeling relaxed and refreshed - brilliant classes!

Claire is a lovely yoga teacher! She is passionate about ensuring her classes are well thought out and considers every part of the body, mind and soul. I have been to various studios and retreats that Claire has run and always leave the class feeling good physically and emotionally. Claire is very non judgemental and gives plenty of options to ensure everyone can join in at whatever level feels right for them. I would definitely recommend that you give one of her classes a try!

Claire’s Monday yoga class is a highlight of my week. I look forward to it all weekend and I really am sad if I miss it, which I rarely do! It’s a great thing to do at the start of the week; I come away feeeling calm, super bendy and like I can handle anything work and life throws my way. The movement, strengthening and stretching is great for my physical fitness, but the mindfulness yoga brings is so important too. Claire is so wise, she delights us with insight into the world around us, the seasons, the workings of the universe and what she shares is always so useful and thought provoking.I always leave feeling like I’ve learned some new magic! She is truly spellbinding. The welcoming inclusivity of the class is wonderful too; no matter your level, Claire’s yoga is right for everyone, the focus being on you, and listening to what your body needs. Thank you so much Claire, I couldn’t recommend your classes highly enough!

Claire’s slow-flow yoga classes at Cambridge Road Methodist Church are wonderful. The space is plentiful, the floor is warm and the music is relaxing. Claire gently leads the class to flow from one position to the next, outlining variations and offering invitations to bespoke your practice along the way. Through a mixture of poetry, prose and silence, Claire encourages mindfulness while holding positions. I always feel calmer, more balanced and peaceful at the end of a session.

I love Claire’s insightful yoga classes. They are a nourishing blend of beautifully considered poses and inspiring, thoughtful mantras delivered in a warm, calming space. Claire’s classes are embellished with seasonal quotes and poems which compliment the gentle flow. I would highly recommend.
