Really happy with the phone service, I used this on a Sunday, thinking I may have missed out due to the time I went, I rang to enquire, at first the phone wasn't answered, however I received a call back within a couple of minutes, and the lady reassured me of the timings and where to get some change as the laundrette is un-manned on Sundays.

Definitely would use this laundrette again.Contacted the number and no answer. The lovely lady rang me back within 10 minutes on a Sunday. She was so helpful with prices and which machines to use. Couldn’t ask for more. Excellent customer service thankyou so much.

Used this laundrette and it was so expensive £9 a machine to wash the clothes and was told it was £4 to use a dryer after paying the price I was told the dryer might not have dryed the clothes properly and would have to pay another fee of £4 per dryer it’s extortionate and not worth the price for the service they also add on a service fee on top of paying for the machines. The service fee was not discussed over the phone and was told when I had arrive at the shop

Been using this launderette for many years on a weekly basis, service washes. Always brilliant staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Never been a problem. Thank you to all. Highly recommended. As of 2024 really helpful addition of a secure area to put your laundry if you call when the place is unstaffed. Great management.
