Absolutely brilliant!! Had been let down by my regular dentist, spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, booked me in, within 2hrs I was in the chair having a complex wisdom tooth extraction. Massive thanks to Dr Animesh Pal & Skye for looking after me & treating me so well, I even added an additional extraction! Pain free & easy. Would highly recommend.

I had to have some dental work done as I'd rather stupidly stopped seeing a dentist during covid. I made my first appointment at Scott Arms, following the practice being recommended by a friend. Best dentists I have ever been to! Excellent service from the receptionists and the dental nurses. I was seen by Dr Sophia Chadha. Dr Sophia was so reassuring and kind and came up with a treatment plan to get my teeth healthy again. The treatment I received was amazing, fixed all my sensitivity and I was so pleased with everything, so much so that I booked to have some whitening and cosmetic dental work done to fix my top front teeth that I had hated since I was a child. The cosmetic treatment I received was absolutely first class again, everything explained so well and Dr Sophia was really kind and reassuring when I was getting the treatment, no pressure at all and did everything at the pace I wanted. I never felt a thing during any of the appointments! The results have honestly been life changing, my teeth are the best they have ever been, no sensitivity, but most of all I love my new smile, and can now smile with the confidence I never had before. Thank you so much! Dr Sophia is the best dentist I have ever seen and I'll always be so grateful for the help and kindness shown to me from everyone at Scott Arms.

This is a brilliant practice that offers an excellent service to their patients. Not only are they open all hours to offer these services, the care I personally received from the staff who work there was nothing short of brilliant. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel welcomed and cared for. As someone who is nervous at the dentist this experience at this practice has given me confidence to go back for future treatment. The receptionists, dentists and nurses were all brilliant. The care packages and treatment were clearly explained and the ability to calm me during my appointments was amazing. They played my favourite music and engaged in conversation to help calm my nerves. There was no judgement and a real desire to make me feel comfortable. Honestly a brilliant experience - can’t recommend this place enough.

I think this dental practice is the best in the country for sure . Easy to book an appointment and quick, I can't say enough good things about this dental practice from the moment I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed the reception is very professional , clean and equipped with the latest technology. Dr Guvinder Tutt took time to explain every step of the process answered all my questions patiently and made sure I left completely at ease. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I'm always nervous about dental visit but this was the most pain-free and stress-free experience I've ever had. The assistant he had ( don't know they're names) but they are so lovely and friendly made me feel confident in what they do ! The hygienist was gentle yet through and my teeth looking and feeling fantastic I really appreciate how professional and attentive the whole team was I left the practice feeling well taken care of and confident in my dental health Thank you so much again ! I had my second wisdom tooth removed today by Dr Imran, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his care and professionalism. From start to finish, he made me feel completely at ease, talking me through each step and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The procedure was quick, smooth, and pain-free, and his reassuring manner really helped calm my nerves. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience once again.

I honestly don't understand how they get this many reviews. I had such an awful experience to the point where I was about to cry. The receptionist was so incredibly rude to me and gave me so much attitude when I was speaking to her calmly. She was raising her voice at me whilst all the other receptionists just stared at me, some even smirking. I don't understand why you feel the need to belittle people when you can speak to them nicely? This is not the first time I've experienced this here. I went to other dentists and they have been so incredibly kind to me, spoken to me in a respectful manner and did everything for me. The only reason I came to scott arms dentist was because of the reviews. I would definitely think twice before coming here!

I am a nervous patient. The dentist was great, I had an emergency appointment. He talked me through everything. I need treatment under sedation so booked my appointment for a few days time. That's where it all went wrong. Within an hour booking the appointment I was contacted and it was cancelled via phone. They then advised of have to wait 10 days for treatment despite being in a lot of pain. Not impressed with how it was handled. Also discovered the dentist I've seen for over 10 yrs has left the practice and they've changed my check up appointment in a few months to someone else but didn't have the common courtesy to even tell me. Communication is absolutely dreadful. They know how worried and anxious about seeing a dentist I am but they just made everything worse. Not sure I'm going to return!!! At this point I don't think I'd recommend the practice. The dentists themselves that's I've seen are great it's just the rest of it.
