This has been a fabulous experience from beginning to end. The new lenses that I’ve got (monofocal by choice) are amazing, the quality of my distance vision is superb and I can now drive at night with no problems. Before, I seriously struggled with glare but not anymore. I’d highly recommend lens replacement at Optical Express to anyone thinking about it.

The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I was really nervous before surgery but Sajjad and Aaliyah really put me at ease and were so kind. The surgery has completely changed my life and I have recommended it to all my friends and family.

I had my lens replaced over 5weeks ago. It has been the best decision ever as I no longer need to wear glasses.My experience with Optical Express was amazing from start to finish. I was made to feel very comfortable on the day of my surgery. I cannot believe how quick it was. I do strongly recommend optical Express if you decide to have lens replacement surgery.

Dr Sajjad Mughal, Alia and the whole team were amazing. They really made me feel at ease. I felt I was in safe hands. Excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone thinking about doing it.

The experience was disappointing on multiple levels. Firstly, the behaviour of the staff was unprofessional, particularly the lady wearing a hijab, who was notably rude. Clear and respectful communication is essential in a medical setting, especially when patients are already feeling anxious.Additionally, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the pre-scan for laser eye surgery, forcing everyone to evacuate and congregate outside. This interruption was disruptive and unsettling, as it raised concerns about the facility’s emergency preparedness and its impact on medical procedures.To make matters worse, upon returning, the laser machine experienced a software fault, causing a two-hour delay. This not only prolonged an already stressful situation but also raised serious concerns about the reliability and maintenance of critical equipment.Overall, the combination of rude staff, procedural disruptions, and equipment failures made for a concerning and unsatisfactory experience.
