I recently visited and was experiencing red, irritated eyes. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly one gentleman and a lady who went out of their way to assist me—I regret not catching their names! They kindly helped me rebook my follow-up eye care appointment, which I had completely forgotten about, and ensured my new contact lenses were ordered promptly. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I greatly appreciate their support. Highly recommend their service!

I recently visited your store to repair my sports eyeglasses, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Andrew, who provided exceptional service. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, taking my glasses and repairing them within just a few minutes. What truly amazed me was his generosity—after completing the repair, he refused to charge me, insisting it was nothing for him. Andrew’s kindness and willingness to go above and beyond turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience, and I can’t thank him enough. He is truly an asset to your team, and I’ll definitely be returning to your store because of his outstanding service.

I went to Vision Express in the Bullring this morning as I had a contact lens stuck at the back of my eye which I couldn’t get out. The optician saw me very quickly and was able to remove the lens easily, which was great. They also have a dedicated room for removing and putting in contact lenses which is great. What impressed me the most, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the whole team, especially the gentleman who greeted me when I first arrived - he made a point of asking if we’d managed to remove the lens as I left, which was really lovely. I’m not currently a Vision Express customer but would consider switching to you based on this experience. Thank you to the entire team!

I went to Vision Express for the second time as I was struggling with my first prescription (not any fault of Vision Express though!).I went in without an appointment and was looked after by Tom, and he really took the time to listen and help me. Tom took the time to explain things to me and made sure I left feeling happy with the new set of glasses I’d picked and all of the tests and checks they had done. I’d really recommend as I received excellent service!

Not long ago I had come in for a eye test. The staff members were very welcoming and I didn’t need to wait long to be seen. The lady that took my eye test was very friendly. Once the eye test was done I was handed over to Sanah who helped me chose out my glasses. She was very polite and friendly! Really helped me find the perfect shaped glasses and took her time helping me find the ones I liked. Was a delightful visit and would come again!
