The most dismal eyecare imaginable....2 months and 4 days to be supplied with replacement glasses. I continually had to phone up to chase this order up, eventually, after suggesting I would cancel the sale and demand my money back the new manager decided it might be worthwhile taking some notice. On collecting the glasses I found the shop without the normal level of staff, all telephones ringing and no one answering. To see in such a short space of time how this shop has fallen in quality, courtesy and efficiency truly is depressing.
