The service provided at the Harborne branch was outstanding. Every member of staff was so professional and so helpful. They all give you their time and advice. Exceptional service! A credit to the company. (Particular thanks to Naina and Priti who I dealt with), although every staff member deserves praise.

Rachael at your Harborne branch was amazing! Patient, gave her honest opinion and what I could not find in 7 years another set of glasses were finally found that suit me! Nayna was also lovely the team are always smiling and helpful huge assets to your organisation well done team

Had a great experience at VE Harborne Store. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. I couldnt decide on which glasses to choose, i was pleased with the help and advice I got from the staff. Have collected my glasses. They were ready in a few days. Very happy with the overall service.

I will be leaving this company after 25 years of excellent service. my recent experience leaves me no other choice. The most dismal eyecare imaginable....2 months and 4 days to be supplied with replacement glasses. I continually had to phone up to chase this order up, eventually, after suggesting I would cancel the sale and demand my money back the new manager decided it might be worthwhile taking some notice. On collecting the glasses I found the shop without the normal level of staff, all telephones ringing and no one answering. To see in such a short space of time how this shop has fallen in quality, courtesy and efficiency truly is depressing. My conclusion is this shop will soon be yet another Nail Shop/Barbers, and Harborne village needs that not.

We had our eye test done by Sarah, she is very competent and pleasant, explained everything patiently. Then Priti helped with the frames and lenses and again we received a great service from her. We are both absolutely happy.
