The nose pad on my glasses had broken off this morning so I called into the Fort shop whilst shopping on the off-chance they could repair and not only did the young lady repair my glasses within 5 minutes, she did it for free! Now I call that fantastic service! Thank you very much!

I went in for an eye test and was seen almost immediately. Abid was very nice and made sure to offer the best care plans possible, whilst Aneesah was patient with me whilst I was looking for frames and checking out. They both made sure that I was offered the best service possible and answered any questions I had. Overall, I was extremely happy with how everything went, and would really recommend going to Vision Express for their wonderful care plans, their efficiency, and the way they treat their customers.

Been a VE customer for 5 plus years however this has been my first visit to Fort Vision Express! Very professional and helpful team @Fort along with an amazing branch manager, Tariq Sadiq! He really is going above and beyond for customers and cannot thank them enough for the level of customer care. I also brought my partner for his eye test and we will definitely come here yearly for our eye tests!
