Samantha was really friendly and seemed more then happy to answer questions. I went in for a ingrown nail but i also got my blood flow checked and sensation examined. The procedure was done there and then. Two needles and the rest was completely fine

This was my first visit and I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I have never been to a chiropodist before but it was better than I thought, they looked after my feet perfectly and also provided information about their other services that I will be looking into further.

Dr Ben Brannick is my Mom’s doctor. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the office. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr Brannick has a great personality. He goes over what he is doing and why. He makes sure you understand what to expect once you leave the office. You are not just a number or a dollar sign, you feel like you are a part of a family. I would recommend him highly.

They are always so nice here. I like the young doctor. He’s quiet, but very good. My mom’s toenails are like claws, but he is able to get them cut and I had no idea this was so necessary for an older person. Plus he of course checks the feet and toes to be sure she’s healthy. I highly recommend!

such a wonderful staff! Just if the corporate office will quit canceling appointments, it would be really nice. I usually combine appointments in the Birmingham area, considering I live 45 minutes away. It serves on gas, and mileage. If only, they would let the doctor keep his appointments and worry about scheduling their meetings and what not, at other times, other than when the patient is the main priority.

This doctor office was very nice on initial visit. After they drew my blood, lost it. And so they had me come back in a second time and has never responded to my calls and gave me my blood work results. It’s been a month. I Would never suggest this Doctor or Office to anyone I wish I could get my money back and from my insurance as well.

Dr Karim was very nice and joyful. He put my 8 year old at easy regarding their condition. We really liked him.

I would not recommend Upperline Health in Hoover to anyone. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. The front desk staff were disorganized and rude, and my appointment was delayed by over an hour with no explanation or apology. When I was finally seen, the provider seemed rushed and uninterested, barely addressing my concerns. The visit felt more like a money grab than an actual attempt to help.Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually respects your time and takes your health seriously.

GREAT experience! I have never been to a podiatrist and did a lot of research before calling. It was very easy to get an appointment! The nurses were truly phenomenal and helped me so much. I had my two small children with me due to a scheduling conflict. They were so kind and gave my children water, suckers, and a place to play in the room, during my appointment.

The pain I was having was terrible every time I walked. Dr. Linde quickly diagnosed the problem and did the procedure in office on the same day! I went back for my follow up and everything was like new again! Thank you Foot specialist for taking away my pain and being so kind to me and my children! Highly recommend.

Came to see Mr Khan, about a knee problem. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me.Very calming and reassuring. He fixed my knee by injection, first time in months I can get out and about pain free. Thank You

Over the last two years I have received treatment for bursitis from Mr Tausif and Mr Khan. 2 months ago I had a steroid injection. Mr Khan and Mr Tausif discussed the benefits of dividing the dose to inject half a dose into each bursa. The relief was effective within a couple of hours. I was able to go on holiday and join in on all activities.
7 weeks later and still benefiting from the steroid injection I had Rich Plasma Transfer (RPT) to promote tendon repair.
2 weeks on, I continue to benefit from the treatments. I am able to walk more, manage stairs with ease and my sleep is undisturbed from painful inflammation.
I am so thankful to Mr Khan and Mr Tausif. They are extremely knowledgable and skilled. Also their receptionist is always so helpful. The Podiatry Clinic gets 10 stars from me.

Brilliant service! I have had severe pain with plantar fasciitis and went this clinic after being completely let down for two years with the NHS who never properly sorted the issue. Still in a lot of pain I needed help and fast. This doctor was such a god send and was just brilliant in every way. As well as being very caring He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and his treatment works.
After treatment and getting the right diagnosis with injections from this surgery my feet are much better than they were. Almost back to normal.

My first visit to the Podiatry Clinic in Harborne was with Mr Tausif, about 7/8 months ago.
I went to the Clinic in the hope that something could be done about the fungus on four of my toenails.
Previously, I had visited various clinics and a contrast of treatment but nothing was working.
On my most recent visit this week, all the fungus had gone leaving my toe nails clean and healthy, which hasn’t been the case for about 3 years.

During my sessions, I learnt a great deal about the causes and treatment (including very effective laser work).
I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.It is a very friendly environment and I am delighted with my outcome.

My daughter had two painful verrucas in her foot. We went to The Podiatric Clinic, and the treatment was perfect. Dr. Tausif was very patient with her, and treated her very well. We went for 3 sessions, and the verruca was completely gone. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been going to Tausif for a few years now and he is excellent. He has treated me for plantar fasciitis / Achilles pain with shockwave treatment, as well as routine podiatry and orthotics.

The treatment I received here has changed my life for the better. Dr Hussain not only treated my ingrown toenails but also provided me with appropriate after care advice and resources after my treatment.

Would not recommend this place to anyone seeking proper care and customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. I initially booked a consultation with Mr. Hussain, but due to miscommunication regarding the time difference, I was wrongly told that I was an hour late. Despite this, we proceeded with a very short consultation.

Since I was traveling from abroad and needed thorough information about the skin surgery procedure, I reached out to his assistant, Laura, to see if I could book another consultation. I was informed that only one free consultation was allowed, and I would need to pay for a second one, which I completely understood. Laura did offer to answer my questions via email, which I appreciated at first. However, her responses were brief and unprofessional. It was clear that she found my questions excessive, and she eventually refused to answer any more, insisting that I book another consultation.

My main concern was understanding why my first consultation was cut short when I wasn’t actually late. I even provided a screenshot of my booking to clarify the issue. Instead of addressing this, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the clinic and that they would not provide me with any services.

This experience was incredibly disheartening. I had been looking forward to getting this procedure done and thought I had found the right practitioner. However, in hindsight, I’m relieved that I didn’t travel to Birmingham just to be treated so unprofessionally. I will be looking for a more professional and respectful clinic elsewhere.

Mr Hussain explained the recommended treatment with patients in details, listens to patient’s concerns. Excellent and friendly services.

I visited Dr Foot looking for treatment for an ingrown toenail, from the first appointment his experience was evident and he was very polite. The operation was fast, smooth and pain free. when it came to the recovery, Dr Foot was very informative on best practice to insure good healing and attentive of my needs, resulting in a fully healed toe. I highly recommend Dr Foot to anyone in need of foot care.

Highly recommend! Dr. Hussain went above and beyond to treat my ingrown toe nail! From consultation, operating and redressing appointments he was always open, friendly and very professional! Would include photos but I’d have to charge!

Having had a number of verrucas for over 10 years and having had them frozen 7 times with no success, I went to Dr Foot for swift microwave therapy. It was painful (like having a hot poker held onto your foot) but totally worth it because after 3 treatments, all of the verrucas have gone! I thought they would never go!!

Mr Hussain was great! He explained what he was doing throughout and even helped me through the pain of the treatment with some breathing techniques. Some crazy people seem to genuinely enjoy looking at feet and he is one of them! He’s clearly good at what he does though and he’s friendly too!

The only podiatrist I trust with my feet. This is my second time visiting Dr Foot with my very painful ingrown toenails, once in 2019 and second recently and both times Dr Foot has worked his magic. The surgery has been done with ease and aftercare has been spot on. So much so you cannot tell i had any issues to begin with my toes look lovely and most importantly pain free. Cannot fault Dr Foot he really knows what his doing. He always puts me at ease with his sense of humour and good Character. Thankyou Dr Foot your the best at what you do.

I visited the foot clinic for a Gait Analysis to check I had the correct running shoes or not. Amanda was very friendly and listened carefully to my concerns about my shoes. Using some technological insoles placed into my shoes, she sent me off for a short walk and a run and was able to analyse in great depth my running and walking. The whole process was really efficient and answered some burning questions I needed answered. She explained everything to me in a really easy to understand way, but then sent me the detailed report should I ever need it. I’d really recommend the service and Amanda for anything related to feet including any running or walking niggles.

Amanda was really friendly and made me comfortable immediately. I was having toenail reconstruction and it’s a real sensitive thing for me but I felt comfortable with her. They look great and feel great too. Will be returning

I visited the Foot Clinic at the start of July – Amanda was fabulous very warm and friendly and provided a brilliant service with excellent foot care advice. I’ve been having issues with my lower leg and Amanda advised that my footwear might be the issue and she was right! Would absolutely recommend.

Recently got 2 nails reconstructed with Amanda, who was absolutely lovely. She was ready and waiting for me at the door, made me feel comfortable, gave me all the right advice for infected nails and gave me all the treatment options and advice even though I went for a cosmetic reconstruction procedure, I still got information and knowledge to address the infection. Will definitely be going back in a month or 2 to keep up with maintenence of my new nails whilst hoping to start medication from gp also (as advised by amanda). She is always kind, considerate & warming. My Nan is notoriously hard to please but loves Nicole and always feels confident in her hands.
