After waiting nearly seven months for an appointment due to Tam’s high demand, I can confidently say that the wait was entirely worthwhile. My daughter, aged 3.5 years, has a speech delay, and even after just a few sessions with Tam, we have already observed significant and encouraging progress. Her ability to pick up new skills in such a short period has truly exceeded our expectations.

We are optimistic about her continued development and confident that, with Tam’s expertise and guidance, she will reach her speech and communication milestones. I am deeply grateful to Tam and her team for their professionalism, dedication, and support.

There is a reason that Tam & Sky have back to back five star reviews. I rang desperately to get my little one in, as I could see from people’s testimonies that they were literally changing children’s lives. My son has came along amazingly while attending ESTIP. I was so anxious he was non-verbal as he didn’t even open his mouth or attempt to speak when I initially approached. Over time with patience, hard work and dedication he has began talking. Tam has taught me techniques and has set weekly tasks (which she is very strict are completed) to ensure a robust approach with both parent and therapist. I am so glad I found ESTIP when I did and travel and hour every week to ensure my son attends. My son absolutely loves both Sky and Tam and he always comes out beaming. Thank you for all the hard work you have put into Saint, it will be a bitter sweet day when we stop having to attend.

Alison completed an assessment on my son who is struggling with his sounds and fluency. She completed a very thorough assessment at our home, using play which my son greatly enjoyed. Very compassionate and caring therapist. Would highly recommend.

Alison worked closely with my daughter and helped her correct some of the sounds she was missing. The lessons were turned into games which made it fun for my daughter while she was learning. Alison from the start was full of knowledge and advice to aid my daughters speech and help us alongside to support too.

Alison came to see our 4 year old son for an assessment of his speech at our home in Chester. Our son enjoyed his time with Alison and remained engaged by playing lots of varied games which allowed her to assess the level of his speech while he had fun. Alison then gave us a toolkit of ways that we can help our son over the next few months so that we can help strengthen his speech as he starts reception in September. It is then up to us whether we would like another session depending on how he has progressed.

Alison is a very caring, empathetic and compassionate lady who really has your child’s best interest at heart. Her sessions with my son are fun and he really looks forward to working with her. He can lack concentration but can often go for 45-50 minutes with Alison due to the variety of activities she does and really adapts her style to suit his likes. His speech has progressed in such a short period of time with thanks to Alison and her weekly sessions and guidance for simple activities we can do at home with him too. I came through to The Therapy Spot with issues in my back and arms. The brother was very professional and knew what he was doing. After my session of Cupping and Graston Therapy the pain went away and I felt a lot better Alhamdullilah. Would 100% recommend the price was very good too

I recently had a cupping and massage session, and it was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was top-notch – the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was how attentive the therapist was; he really listened to what my body needed and tailored the session perfectly. The cupping was fantastic for releasing deep-seated tension, and the massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Seriously, I walked out feeling like a brand new person, totally refreshed and pain-free. If you’re looking for someone skilled and truly caring, I can’t recommend this place enough. A definite must-try!

First of all the brother is very warm welcoming humble, good convo. Tells you step by step of what he’s doing, his place is clean and tidy, 10/10 service would recommend this to everyone.

I am a parent of a 3 year old spectrum kid who was recently in the Early Learning Program (ELP). I truly believe each staff member cares and is doing the best they can, but the ELP program itself was really disappointing. There are a few things I wish I knew before enrolling:

Staffing: seemed to be a huge issue – lots of turnover, constantly training new staff.

Classroom environment: Our son found it to be very overstimulating. There are a ton of moving pieces throughout the room- kids and aids walking around doing separate tasks, timers going off constantly, etc. It’s also supposed to be an inclusive environment where there are neurotypical peer models in the classroom but our son’s class had only 1-2 non spectrum kids. Not sure what the contributing factors were, but our son had more challenging behavior in this environment than he previously had at a typical childcare setting.

Inclusion: I would say that it’s an inclusive environment for spectrum kids with little to no behaviors. Kids who would do fairly well at a normal childcare setting would also do well in the ELP program. If your child has challenging behaviors, this is probably not the place for them. If you’re new to ELP, my advice is to have your child on multiple waitlists for ABA at different clinics around town so that you won’t be stuck with no options like we were.

Behavior management: They use physical restraint (physical holds) for aggressive behaviors. This happened to our son on multiple occasions. I understand protecting other kids/staff from aggressive behaviors, but I’m still struggling with the idea of restraining a 3 year old.

Again, truly kind people, just an incredibly disappointing experience and I want other potential ELP families to know that it may not be a magical experience for every kid.

Mitchell’s Place is a great and beautiful place filled with love from teachers, directors, staff up front! Everyone there is warm and genuine and way beyond that they help children shine on the spectrum, grow, and learn. We have been so impressed with our son’s growth and progress here!! I could not be more thankful we have this school about 40 minutes from our home!! The children, staff, school- I would give it more than 5 stars truly!!! 100 stars!!

I don’t often write reviews but I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is simply magic. My kids love it! Every day my kids look forward to going to Mitchell’s Place. They have helped my kids grow by leaps and bounds. The teachers, staff, and administration are well-educated, experience, loving, caring, and always go the extra mile for the MP kids and families.

This place is amazing. It is inclusive & such a positive environment. The staff are so encouraging and happy to see every single person and child that comes in. The progress in the children’s lives after being at Mitchell’s Place is so evident that the people at Mitchell’s Place love what they do and care deeply about the children. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place!

Wonderful preschool program! My two children have thrived as typical peers in the preschool at Mitchell’s Place. The program uses evidenced-based curriculums and is nationally accredited and DHR certified. The staff are very experienced, well trained, and very caring. I would highly recommend this preschool program.

I have spent many hours volunteering at this school over the years, I have met many of the students and the teachers. The passion and patience which these people have for providing for these children is truly amazing. I have seen children who would completely cut themselves off from the world learn to be social and live a more enjoyable life. Truly a wonderful place with wonderful people.

When my son was there. I loved it when he started (when he was 18-19 months old) in 2016 but the last year and a half it has swiftly gone down hill (new management-I refuse to call It leadership)and that’s why we pulled him out of there after 3 years. I will never again recommend this facility to another family. There are plenty of facilities in the Birmingham area that offer ABA services and they are far superior.

Mrs. Jasmine was very patient with my son. She was also very transparent about his diagnosis and progression, which was much appreciated. She gave weekly assignments and recommendations for us to work with my son at home between sessions.
Mrs. Jasmine really has passion for what she does. Great to work with someone who really cares!!

Endless Speech and Language Service was just what my son needed. Jasmine is an awesome speech therapist. She was patient, friendly, and made learning fun. I highly recommend their services.

Jasmine has been such a help with my kids with improving their speech! She is accommodating, kind, understanding and awesome! One of my sons has a lisp and there are a lot of words that people couldn’t understand and of course that frustrated him. She has helped guide him on working with it to be able to say his words clearly. He is also a child with autism and because of her kindness and understanding to help him do better she has made the experience so much better for him where he’s excited to see her every visit!

Jasmine is AMAZING! You can tell it comes natural to her. She is calm and patient and really knows how to get the child to listen. She did so good with our son. Hes speech is great now! Choose Jasmine for your child’s speech needs, You will not be disappointed!

My 4 year old son is attending Sentre Speech & Language Therapy for a year now. There is no words to describe the amazing work they do. The team and Charnel (manager) work really hard in providing tailored tasks and learning opportunities for each child. Since starting , I have seen great improvements in his interactions and he is constantly learning new skills. He can’t get out of the car fast enough to get in and learn and play on his days at Sentre. All the staff are so knowledgeable, kind and very patient. They are always happy to give feedback and advice on what to keep practicing at home. We as family are so grateful to have found Sentre’s.

Very aggressive lady who claims she’s the ‘owner’ accusing passers by of being paedophiles when they were having a party in the area. She has a reputation in the area for this. I certainly wouldn’t have my child in her care. Will be reporting her to Birmingham Council for slander.

Following this hostile response I will now be contacting a solicitor for deformation of character. You have not reported any matter to the police as a/ there’s nothing to report b/ you have no contact details.

Shouting ‘paedophile’ to passers by is completely unprofessional and wholly unacceptable. You should know better as a business owner. And perhaps you should repair your fence surrounding your shoddy premises.

My 8 year old son has been attending holiday club for over a year now and absolutely loves it! The staff and management are amazing and really care about your childs wellbeing. We are so glad to have found SENtre and hope to continue using their services. Thank you for everything!

2024 update: We started SENtre speech therapy last year and in less than 12 months have seen incredible progress! My son has gained so much vocabulary and understands almost everything we say to him. We hope to continue regular sessions and are grateful to all the staff for their efforts. SENtre has a wonderful team who care deeply about all the children ❤️

I recently celebrated my son’s 1st birthday at SENtre, and it was brilliant! The kids absolutely loved the open soft play area, and there were plenty of age-appropriate toys to keep the older ones busy too. The whole space felt super safe and fun for everyone.

The staff were amazing—really friendly and professional. They were quick to respond to any questions and made everything run smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. We all had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend SENtre!

Sentre is a safe environment for children with complex needs and challenges. Time is taken to learn about each individual child’s needs to ensure they are happy.
The trained tutors develop a wealth of experience working with all the different children meaning they can be trusted to care for the children and meet their unique needs as well as help them to progress with their learning and social skills.
Management work incredibly hard and are always innovating to make the environment the best it can be for the children and always welcome feedback from parents which they do take on board.
