Houdini's Escape Room Experience - Walsall

Our supervisor, Storm, deserves a huge praise for her excellent work, her dedication and friendliness towards us was unmatched, and we had a great time completing the Escape Room! Deaf friendly services have made it possible for us to have a fun experience at the game! Definitely coming back 🙂

First time doing an escape room experience and loved every minute of it. Unfortunately we didn't escape but I will definitely try again and recommend it. I think our guides name was Storm. She was very friendly.

Great experience, we escaped room 13 and our game master was Storm. She was super enthusiastic. Highly recommend booking this activity, will be back to try another.

Had an amazing experience in the escape room with game masters Storm and Laura. Having the live actors scare us really heightened the thrill of it all. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

Wanted to do something different for our son’s birthday so we chose to do Escape Room and it was brilliant! We all loved it and will defo be back to do another! Disappointing Experience After a Great First Visit We were really looking forward to our return visit after having such a positive experience the first time, but unfortunately this visit fell short. In the first room, the clue that was supposed to be out in the open to support to unlock the box was actually locked inside the said box, which made progressing impossible. Despite repeatedly explaining this to the team member, they kept telling us it was on the table next to the bed, but it simply wasn’t there. After wasting a significant amount of time, we finally managed to unlock the box and found the missing clue inside. In the next room, we correctly solved a puzzle that should have triggered a door to open, but the staff didn’t notice. Again, we were stuck and unable to move forward until we called for help. The hints provided weren’t particularly useful, and it felt like the staff weren’t really listening to what we were trying to explain, as shown in the first room. Overall, we left feeling disappointed, which was a real shame given how impressed we’d been after our first visit.
