Was recommended this law firm as a company that are competence in relation to conveyancing and all the requisite legalities.Hard to believe that this firm has any competency in any field of law. A simple task of exchange of contracts and liaising with mortgage lenders which should have taken a period of 10 working days was escalated ,to a period of more than one month due to the fact that this law firm is not on the approved panel of solicitors and insisting they were and incredibly poor communication, no sense of being considered a client, just a number. From dealing with Asead who is one of the principals and his other colleagues was informed everything in place , no issues with regards to completion. In all enquirers I was constantly.told everything is at hand , however far from the truth. Unable to provide or calculate a simple task of calculating daily interest. Their presentation of themselves and their law firm is one which in no shape or form would be indicative of a law firm which is licensed with the SRA.I cannot in all honesty say anything other than a law firm I would not recommend in any shape or form.
