However, despite following all the necessary steps, I noticed that the gym continued to deduct payments from my account. This has caused significant frustration and disappointment.I reached out to the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive the help I needed. It feels disheartening to be in this situation, and I’m left feeling as though I’ve been taken advantage of. Due to this experience, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership and looking for a gym that values its customers' concerns.I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and look into improving the process for handling membership holds, as well as enhancing customer service training for the staff. While at the swimming pool, I witnessed something diabolical, a rat, and not just one! It appeared to be a mother rat training her baby rats to swim. Yes, you read that right a rat swimming lesson in plain sight.Naturally, I tried to alert the staff to this horrifying situation. Unfortunately, the staff who were notably chubby and more focused on eating than doing their jobs completely ignored my concerns. Not only did they dismiss me, but they also rolled their eyes in what I can only describe as sheer indifference.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic hygiene standards is unacceptable. A rat infestation in a swimming pool is bad enough, but being met with rudeness and apathy from the staff made the experience even worse.Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t trust them to handle even the most basic customer concerns, let alone a health hazard of this magnitude. However I feel tension In this gym environment. People constantly looking at you. A group in one corner and another on one . Arguments far too many as I have seen in the gym. Many occasions police have been called. Management do a good job overall trying to run it smoothly. I have to say some people who train in the gym are there to cause problems. It like we are looking for trouble. In addition some staff are racist (prejudice) towards people of colour. Making a judgment but not correct at all. There reception staff don’t know how to treat. There is a manager he is discussing.If he started argue then he can take more then 1 hour. He spoiled our days. Don’t know how to treat a women. They don’t have hygienic. Steam room they don’t clean there is bundle of longs hair on the floor. This man, who trains at the gym, has approached me twice now, making me extremely uncomfortable. When my husband confronted him about it, instead of apologising, he had the audacity to say, “I talk to whoever I want, and I don’t care what you think. In my country, it’s normal to talk to women.” This shows an absolute lack of respect and basic decency, with no willingness to take responsibility for his actions.Unfortunately, individuals as ignorant and disrespectful as this exist, and it’s shocking that nothing has been done about it. The gym must take action to address this behaviour.I’ve also filed a formal complaint with the police regarding this incident before something more serious happens. Take this matter seriously, or more people will be put at risk!On top of that, the lack of full CCTV coverage throughout the gym is a huge safety concern for women. This needs to change—immediately.
