Laser Clinics UK - Birmingham Grand Central

I am a regular customer of their laser hair removal service since past few months. Absolutely love it. I have taken 3 sessions so far and in the last time my laser was done by this wonderful lady named Constantina, she was the best. She did my laser with so much care and proficiency! Just loved it. I can see a visible difference after 3 sessions already. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I had an appointment today and l was seen by Kathryn. I would like to say that l had an absolutely wonderful experience! I am very new to laser hair removal and l found Kathryn to be very approachable and professional. She was very thorough in her work and had excellent customer communication skills. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. l am going to refer my daughter to this clinic due to this amazing experience. Thank you again ☺️

Had my lips done here today. I'm not sure what her name was but she's the dentist women. She was so nice! Really listened to what I wanted! Love the results so far. What was her name so I cab request next time x

I recently purchased a laser treatment for my face at this place, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. First of all, they didn’t see me on time, and there was no apology for the delay. The lady who treated me today, Farren, missed parts of my face during the treatment. She also started without turning on the cold air for my face, and when I mentioned it, she lied and claimed she had, only for me to hear her starting the machine afterward. When I pointed it out, she became defensive and was not friendly at all.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. On a previous visit, another lady didn’t read my notes properly, and parts of my face were missed again. Both times, the staff seemed rushed and more interested in sitting at the front to chat than focusing on the treatment. Farren clearly needs more training, as she doesn’t seem confident in her work and lacks basic customer service skills. I’m really upset about this repeated poor experience.

My experience at the laser clinic has been great! The staff have always been welcoming and professional, especially Constantina she has been so helpful in advising me on my sessions and never fails to make me feel comfortable. I’ve seen a huge difference in hair growth and genuinely happy with the outcome.
