I’ve had the pleasure of being represented by Ibrahim under bad circumstances. The whole team were great help and Ibrahim managed to get me the best possible outcome for a guilty plea which was my choice. He told me what could happen if I pleaded guilty and also if I pleaded not guilty but he was very honest with me through it all. The reason for the 4 star is because I felt there was not much assurance and getting hold of a solicitor was abit difficult as they were always away or busy. But the lady who answers the phones made sure she passed on all my communication to them. Ibrahim was abit late to court but that did not affect anything except me being anxious.
