Thank you to the guys and girls at Blackfriars. My experience with this law was good. Whenever I wanted an update, I called and was given one without a doubt. I asked for extra guidance because I was a first time buyer, I was given a specific appointment just to run through the process. Costing - even though they were rated high, they were decent in price. Unfortunately third party disbursements did increased during the transaction out of the fee handlers control, but I was advised in the first instance and was good to move forward.
