Unfortunately we're disappointed with the service provided by Davisons Law. Ever since our offer was accepted at the beginning of April 2025, we've had little to none proactive contact from the company. In fact, the estate agents were the ones to provide regular updates and explaining the process/timeline to us. We'd be left in the dark otherwise. We're now at the stage where the seller's solicitors have already satisfied all enquiries and proposed a completion date (which we wouldn't even know of if it wasn't for the agent again) but we're still awaiting ANY update from our solicitors. I was promised a call back the other day which I'm still waiting for, my emails and phone calls go unnoticed. I really expected better from Davisons Law.

We asked Davisons Law in Birmingham to act for us in selling our property and buying a new one. Fortunately the chain was short and no real problems were encountered The instructions we were given were precise and easy to understand . Although everything is done online Davisons are just a phone call away if help is needed. We were kept up to date as far as progress was concerned by emails They were reassuring at all times and professional
