The most dishonest legal service I've ever come across. Took on a case for a non-molestation order mother against daughter, with barely any footing and no evidence, including many false and defamatory allegations. A case that no other legal company would take on and had rejected for such reason, but from what I have been told from genuinely respectable law firms in Birmingham, National Legal Service Solicitors have a reputation for being known as lacking integrity and taking on the weakest cases - anything that can be done to apply for the legal aid fund (a pool that is already so limited, that real victims do not get access to 50% of the time) and pocket some money.My personal dealings with this God awful company and Miss Habeeba Kauser have been unpleasant to say the least. Once an order was granted due to the courts failing in procedure, I was informed the applicant wished to withdraw the NM order - for which Miss Kauser had informed the applicant "there was nothing they could do now" as it was already granted. As someone with limited legal knowledge at the time, a simple talk with the court admin (who aren't legally qualified at all) informed me that in fact multiple forms existed to apply for the discharge of a NMO, especially one that was obtained wrongfully.After I submitted my counter statement, this "law firm" wanted to withdraw, as I was the one with evidence countering every claim, and it revealed that in fact I was the victim.I will never forgive the people that were part of the dishonest deceit that caused me immense mental and emotional distress, right after undergoing an operation to remove my appendix. You can account for it all in front of God. I would ask you all to do better, one day something like this could be your entire company's downfall - and I hope it will be.

I have used NLS since march/april 2023 and jasmin khutan has been absolutely amazing and her team also very helpful and professional always kept me upto date and informed about everything going on and the solicitor was who represented me in 2 hearings was lovely Tom was amazing I felt very comfortable and at ease whereas I was a bag of nerves leading upto the first hearing I had there an amazing team and I would highly recommend them to anyone to use I’ll be sad to not have the team working with me any longer but anyone needing family law services NLS will do you proud thank you jasmin for everything so happy to of worked with you very kind caring and understanding and non judgmental thank you so much for everything
