I wish I would’ve read the reviews before reaching out. I spoke to one of the attorneys. The initial zoom meeting, which was odd because her camera was not on, that was a red flag for me, Seem to go OK. She listened to me and stated she was taking notes And recording. But she promised to call me in two days and even specified a window of time with me.I never received a call. I found out she actually went on vacation that following week. I sent her an email just thinking maybe she was busy and I got pushed back. No contact. I gave her literally about two weeks. No response at all. One of the reviews said that they don’t work for the people they work for the employers. So I don’t know if they just listen to your case to see which employer they may be working with to give them a heads up. I don’t know. But This lawyers, actions was extremely unprofessional.

I had a telephone consultation with the lawyer. He never called. But they took all of my complaint information. Make me wonder if they know someone at the company I’m trying to sue. Not good at all

They are scamming folks like tried to put my money in a estate then not contact me so she got the money they are out to scam and the owner is the one that tried scamming me

This law firm is associated with Barrett & Farahany. Before I discuss my experience read the reviews from Barrett & Farahany. First of all these two law firms are not for the victims but for the employers the victims are trying to sue. Barrett & Farahany reputation is at a zero and that is why they have created another LLC which is The Fonteneau Firm. Just know when you contact The Fonteneau Firm you are actually speaking with Barrett & Farahany law firm. Do not waste your time because these law firms work for the employers especially if it’s a reputable company you were illegally terminated from. The alleged lawyers that call you back are rude and very unprofessional. They speak to you as if you’ve done something wrong when you’re in fact the victim of an illegal termination. The lawyer that contacted me from Georgia because Barrett & Farahany have lawyers in Georgia and Alabama. Well the one who called me from a Georgia area code would ask me questions then interrupt me each time I would try to speak, she was yelling when asking the questions and her attitude was extremely tacky. So yes, that kind of treatment from someone who supposedly has a law degree by passing the bar exam will also confirm these law firms are associated with your employers trying to stop the lawsuit. There are plenty of other reputable and professional law firms who are more then willing to listen and get the job done! Be glad you heard it here first so your time is not wasted with Barrett and Farahany/The Fonteneau Firm.
