I have been using the services of N Legal Solicitors for nearly two decades. First when I was a Sales Negotiator at a local estate agency, and since then, I have turned to their expertise multiple times for both buying and selling properties. Their service is consistently professional, communication is outstanding, and their attention to detail is exceptional. Kim and the team have always made me feel secure and supported throughout the entire process. Legal matters can be incredibly time-consuming and often confusing. Kim demonstrates both deep expertise and a confident ability to handle cases across various areas of law. I wholeheartedly recommend N Legal to anyone in need of legal advice.

Made the mistake of using a price comparison website for conveyancing solicitors. Immediately bombarded with contact from this company. 4 texts and 4 phone calls in two days. I've had to block them, this is a ridiculous amount of contact after receiving a quote.

Didn’t use this company. Received a quote from them, read the poor reviews, decided against using them. Then they continued to hassle me despite me telling them I wasn’t interested and if they keep messaging me I will leave a bad review, so here we are. Just do better next time.

Stay away from this place. They offered a quote to us for purchasing a property, but Kimberley seemed to up the costs for no reason. When questioned, she literally made up unsubstantiated claims for the increase. In essence, she failed to get relevant information from me in time and then charged me more for their incompetence. She played on the high pressure timelines that need to be met to get the purchase through - truly disgusting. The estate agent I brought my property through also confirmed they will never work with N Legal Solutions again.

Am an estate agent of 30 years, have never left a negative review for a solicitor but have had 3 sales with this company involved I have had enough terrible experiences to know they are one of the worst I have ever come across. They take weeks to do anything, they are slow (unless you want to pay extra) and make mistake after mistake. It is the biggest purchase you will ever make, do not trust these to act for you! Locally they are recommended by an agent who gets a huge kickback. If you are recommended you should ask what they get from it - it's the only reason they push them!!

Happy to take your money upfront to "open a file" but not happy to A, check with you that your lender is on their panel and B, answer you after requesting a refund for no service being provided. Also, they use a home moving company account to take payments which just adds to the fishiness. AVOID.

Professional and reliable Wonderful service by a team of professionals who were always very friendly, helpful, patient and efficient even though my flat purchase was more challenging as an Expat. Special thanks to Kimberley Kong for providing me with excellent customer service and she was very pleasant and extremely helpful. From start to finish, Kimberley had a professional but frank attitude. She was very approachable, listened to my concerns and gave sound advice. The other staff I had the pleasure of dealing with in N Legal were also very courteous and professional.
