A cut above other Estate Agents I have dealt with in the past. You can tell they are a truly independent company, as they actually seem to care about the client and building a relationship with them. Was happy with the end result and would definitely go back to them again if I were selling in the future.

I have been a client of Nicholas George for many years. I have always found them to be efficient and honest. It is my experience that they employ a team of approachable individuals who are accountable for each stage of the letting process (both for tenants and landlords). I have been involved with residential letting for over 20 years and I have had a variety of experiences both with letting agents and tenants. This experience has led me to stay with Nicholas George as I have found the staff to be thorough and honest not only with me, but also with the tenants I have had the pleasure to know. It is important to have an agent who makes it their business to deliver the best service for both the landlord and the tenant ensuring that decent, legal, clean homes are provided for the tenant and returned to the landlord in good condition ready for the next tenancy.

Terrible customer service and care only because our housing/rental market is so effed, they, like most estate agents, behave as they do with little regard for service standards and basic obligations. They are slow, don't respond to requests in timely manner and are not updating information, taking properties offline when they 're no longer available, wasting customers' time. A lot has changed for this agency since the departure of the original owner, Nicholas George and his partner. Now it seems to be the Max Redgrave Show and his little coterie of friends and advisors. From reviews, I can see that Max has a bit of a reputation for refusing to ever accept failure or feedback and I suspect that attitude is widespread within organisation, leading to service failures. In short, I get more service at a coffee shop where I spend £5 than I do with letting agency. The sooner we have reforms the better, it's evident lettings agencies are due a much needed overhaul, legally and service standards. They don't provide comprehensive property information online, so force people to call for more information, wasting everyone's time. I should expect to have all the relevant info online, whether on your website or RM etc. Whether it's info on CT Bands, EPC, list of all appliances - all appliances - whether the shower is an electric box, and photos which show all aspects of property. In short, their adverts are sloppy, warrant further requests which means calling their unresponsive admin people and their poor admin services. They forget they need to provide a service, maintain standards, how have they been in business so long, yet struggle with basics? Is it because all agents are bad, they get away with it? I have read other reviews, too, where people have been let down by poor service, care, interest and empathy. Worse, there is a standard approach where they always blame the customer for any failings instead of accepting responsibility when things go wrong, atoning for mistakes and making good of a bad situation with apologies and earnest action to put things right.

I recently rented a new home through Nicholas George. They were very kind and helpful throughout every step of the rental process. I sincerely thank them for their support.
