Eloise stepped in half way through for the purchase of our first home due to the original appointed solicitor leaving the company. Without Eloise it wouldn’t have been possible to have our purchase completed by the strict deadlines put in place by the sellers, Eloise was efficient and acted in the quickest manner throughout the whole process. Her communication was amazing and updates regularly when requested. She answered all questions we had and gave us thorough detailed explanations as this is our first house purchase so was not 100% on the process. Above all she has been so friendly and approachable and really did provide an excellent customer experience. Thank you Eloise! We will be recommending her to everyone!
