Do not trust these cowboys with your finances. Half of the reviews below are fake! They start off very helpful, but if they get any queries on your claim they suddenly disappear and become uncontactable. Instead of a tax refund that they promised, currently I apparently owe more tax! That bill will be sent straight across to these absolute frauds.

Absolutely terrible company. Have done absolutely nothing to help apart from make things worse. The communication is also extremely poor.. would not recommend to anyone!!!

Got referred by a friend and seemed like a good thing to do. I started this claim end of July and was given a claim offer in October, last week I had a letter saying all of it had been cancelled as none of the information that was given to the tax office was correct and now no one is replying to me and I have no idea what's happened, also I now owe the tax office money?! Very disappointing and become physically ill over this. I would tread carefully because this has been a very slow and painful rollercoaster of false hope and disappointment.

He was superb and very easy to talk to and provided all the information I needed to get things underway. The stages from start to finish were simple and the money I claimed back was in my account only a few weeks later just in time for Christmas. Amazing company!

Over all quite a pleasant experience, easy to get hold of when needed and fairly quick replies. However, I did have to wait 10 weeks to be paid out. This wasn’t due to HMRC this was due to the company receiving the payment 10 weeks ago and claiming HMRC hasn’t yet approved it when they have. It wasn’t until I contacted HMRC myself to fin d this out.
