Booked a basic pool table room. The room was too small in comparison to the table couldn’t fully extend cues to play on the left and right sides of the table. Ruined the experience. Also no chalks. Cues have rubber tips. Not comfy for accuracy. I believe the larger rooms are better, although costly.
We had a fantastic experience at The Executive Lounge The manager and a lovely lady named Ruby were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their service was top-notch — friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. I would definitely give their service a 10/10. I’m really looking forward to coming back again with my family. If you want a good game of snooker then avoid this place at all costs. The table had food crumbs on it, the snooker table carpet has tears and lumps, some of it had been stitched together because it was ripped so you couldn’t play a decent game here. Some of the cues were bent and were bad quality, you take a shot and the end of the cue would wobble like a spring. The carpet floor has chewing gum stuck to it and there were fries on the floor. Bin was overflowing with takeaway containers and bags. Hygiene was really poor. The private room was not cleaned beforehand we used it, I think they just sprayed air freshener before we went in. Even the snooker balls had stains on them. Chairs were old and had stains on them too.
Truly is an Executive Lounge! 10/10 service! Rooms were clean, and the staff were amazing! Allowed us to change rooms with ease. Highly recommended!
The girl working here was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She spent the whole time on her phone, didn’t smile, and looked completely uninterested in helping. From the way she’s used as more of a marketing tool on social media than an actual employee, it just comes across as embarrassing. She definitely didn’t give off any “girls’ girl” energy either. The concept of this place is good, but staff like her ruin the experience.

Went there with a group of friends, was told to pay about £10 each but they wanted it all on one card. After sorting the money into one account the man at the till had a sudden change of heart and decided to double the price of the room from £115 to £300 for the hour! Eventually sorted it out and paid what we were originally told. Lots of people behind the bar who didn’t even work there when we were trying to resolve the issue. They closed the place 2 hours early, and when we were told 10 minutes left the security waited at our door until we left. Very unprofessional experience will definitely not be back
This the best Karoke spot. The staff and the vibes are unmatched. If you want to have a good time out with ya friends or partner it’s a deffo good spot no cap.

I have high expectations for Thai food and this place was recommended by Google when I came to Birmingham. The private booths are a cool touch as you can really chill out and eat in a group.
The food how ever isn’t really a good rep for Thai food. Had the green curry and smokes ribs. The ribs were just deep fried with some sweet sauce ontop and the curry wasn’t really “flavoursome”.
Didn’t finish the food and definitely won’t be back but would like to try the karaoke at some time

Good food and service. If you order the set menu you get the room for free for 3 hours. The Korean keyboard doesn’t work on the karaoke machines but Chinese and English work. £5 per person per hour if not getting set menu which is very reasonable.

1. Misleading consumer
We were not aware of the charges as our booking was at 10am. When we entered the shop there was no employee to introduce the charging requirements and finally we chose to pay 30 pounds an hour. In the middle of the process, we confirmed with the staff how much is the total amount, the staff told us 205 pounds, and finally paid 235 pounds at the checkout. Resulting in us not being able to make a reasonable choice that
At that time there were two options :.
1. pay two low fees: 108 ➕168 pounds, a total of 276 pounds low fees
2. Pay an extra 30 pounds an hour.
2. The service attitude is very poor.
We asked the staff for chopsticks and they just opened the door (without even walking in) and threw the chopsticks on the table.

We went there for a birthday party. There’re not many food options and the price is a ripoff!! A medium size coke is £12 pounds?! But that’s like relatively the cheapest option.
The service was good but one thing was kinda misleading was that they told us we can have the room for 3 hours and we end up paying extra £30 because nobody noticed us times up and asked us if we wanted to have more hours, we missed the timeline. We went there at around 6:45 and ended up at around 10:30, we would have said yes if they asked and it’s fine, but they just keep charging without noticing us. That part just makes me feel uncomfortable

We got taxis across town and were turned away at the door for no reason other than “Chinese only”. Clearly racist, AVOID if you aren’t Chinese!!!
