Had a relaxation full body hot oil massage here. We did walk in on the day and was lucky to get a booking but so glad we did. So thank you. Shipel was really good felt so relaxed she asked if I had any pains anywhere before starting which was reassuring and she was very knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed after and will definitely be coming back for further treatments and a go in the steam bath after a massage next time.

Always the best experience. Been visiting this spa for more than 10 years and have always been treated with utmost respect and professionalism. The staff are very well trained. I am an athlete and the massages are perfect for post run aches and pain. Highly recommended place.

I have been coming here for about a year now and the massages are always phenomenal, really really relaxing and pleasant and done with care and in a lovely, clean environment. I've just left there now after a 55 minute massage and feel incredible, I was achy and stressed before I went in and after a session with Shital (she's amazing, highly recommended) I feel refreshed, the aches have gone and I feel very optimistic. I've been to quite a few over the years and none are as good as this in my opinion - if you are in need of some support with your physical, emotional or mental health then this is where you want to come to.

I loved the steam box at the end, was not expecting that. Great way to end off a massage. Feel very relaxed and calm now. Wish I could give more stars 10/10 ❤️

I had a deep tissue massage at AyurVilla with Shital, and it was absolutely amazing. She was highly skilled, attentive, and really knew how to work on the tension areas with the perfect pressure. It’s sunny today, and I had an Indian head massage — but honestly, it didn’t quite hit the mark. The therapist skipped important areas like the forehead and around the eyes, which are full of pressure points that make a big difference in a proper head massage. Instead, they only focused on the head, shoulders, and neck. It just wasn’t as effective or relaxing as I’d expected.

Absolutely amazing experience for a deep tissue massage with Shital, she was brilliant. I feel truly invigorated, she has made my body feel suple and relieved again. Thank you Shital will definitely spread the word and come back again.
