Imagino que habrá sufrido una reforma, porque me sorprende bastante tanta reseña negativa. Está en pleno dentro, a 1 minuto de la estación, rodeado de tiendas y comercios. Sensación general de limpieza, una televisión nueva creo que de 65'', camas y baño muy correctos y sobre todo, muy buen precio. Es cierto que la entrada está en un callejón que por la noche puede tener algún indigente, pero son apenas 5-10 metros hasta la puerta de entrada.

I was here on business. Stayed one night. Hotel was adequate and the room was dated but clean. However, there was no window or fresh air. It had a fake window with a light behind. I felt very enclosed and like it was a prison cell. If I was here more than one night I would have requested a different room.

We stayed here after a night out when our train was cancelled. Chose the cheapest hotel we could find and honestly we were pleasantly surprised. The room was big, lovely views and tea and coffee facilities. There wasn't air con so we were really warm but for the money I couldn't complain. Would recommend for a cheap and central hotel in Birmingham.

Dirty Room, very noisy as windows not double glazed noise from streets outside all night ! People partying in other rooms got about 4 hours interrupted sleep. Tried phoning reception but no answer ! Entrance in urine soaked alleyway. Simply dreadful. Only clean thing was the bed and the toilet

Unfortunately other than its location this hotel has nothing good going for it.There was a queue when I got there, strange for that time - 20:30ish. The lift was dark and depressing, the room even more so. There was an awful smell like vomit lingering in the room. The floor looked unclean. The bathroom floor was the same and the corners were filthy. I didn’t feel clean being in the room. The tv was good as it was a smart tv so I watched what I wanted. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every noise and things being plugged into the sockets on the wall. The doors banged shut and this was annoying all night. The wallpaper was very old and was covered in layers of paint. There is no air con, the heating was on when I entered The bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on. The springs were poking me all night long, I barely slept. There was no hairdryer either so I didn’t use the shower.If your on a super tight budget sta here but I’m sure you can find airbnb cheaper than this.
