Shazia B is absolutely wonderful – so kind, professional, and reassuring. This was my first time having laser treatment, and I was a little nervous, but she instantly put me at ease. She patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had laser for acne scars and hyperpigmentation, and the improvement in my skin has been incredible – my confidence has grown so much. You can tell she truly cares about her clients, and that makes all the difference. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Shazia is absolutely lovely – so kind, professional and really knows what she’s doing. I’ve had both laser hair removal sessions and rosacea treatments with her, and the results have made such a big difference. My skin has improved so much and my confidence has really increased. I am so grateful for this amazing clinic and their services they offer. I go back regularly for iron IVs and never have had the better experience than in Edgebaston Wellness. The GP and nurse are so lovely and pleasant to deal with, very caring and can tell they really take their time in assessing your health and take a broad spectrum approach, with added open mind. I an an integrated health practitioner myself so I’m selective about my treatments and therapies. I also have some basic clinical knowledge in medical aesthetics. The IV treatments are all delivered under the supervision and guidance of a Doctor ( I had the Glutathione and sometimes I also have the Vit C and B complex ( being a pharmacist I’m always interested to see the vial/saline etc . The standards are the same as you’d expect in a hospital setting. Very satisfied with attention to detail Very professional and friendly staff, not pushy for sales but honest and helpful. I usually have my appointments with Nikita. Highly recommended

Nikita is amazing, she’s goes above and beyond to help me when I’m feeling nervous about getting my Iv drips, she is also just a very lovely person. I feel safe and very looked after here. Tanisha and Shazia at the front desk are very welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I only trust this place to do my IVs because they are qualified, professional and welcoming.
