Santai Spa

Lovely spa and an enjoyable day. We had use of the spa for four hours, a fabulous massage,and a two course lunch in the Sky bar. Everything was great, but these little tweeks, in my opinion, would make it a great experience. Extra loungers were needed as they are taken very quickly. Hooks on the back of toilet doors would have been useful as nowhere to hang towels or robe when going to the toilet. Brighter lighting in ladies for applying make-up would have been nice and a better hairdryer. Bags for wet swimwear in the changing rooms. All in all a lovely day out.

My sister surprised me with an incredible spa package at Santai Spa, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The package included full spa access, a 30-minute massage, and lunch at Sky Bar—all for a fantastic price. From the moment we arrived, everything was well thought out. We were provided with bathrobes, towels, and slippers, and we also had access to complimentary drinks, which added a perfect touch to the experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the 30-minute massage we received from two lovely ladies working on the 4th of February. I, unfortunately, didn’t catch their names, but the massage was the best we’ve ever had. My back massage was done by a Black lady, and wow—her passion for her work was undeniable. I could feel the dedication in every movement, and I walked out of that session feeling like a completely new person. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

Most amazing afternoon for me and my friend! We enjoyed spa and steam room, outsides jacuzzi was very nice! Stuff friendly, facilities clean, very calming and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful vue !!! All this made us very happy!!!! But, most amazing for both of us was massage and scrubbing by Emily and Kirti !!!!! Never been this relaxed in my life... both ladies has golden hands... we will be back 100000000%!!!!

Went here for my birthday, decent spa and staff very polite and friendly. The highlight of the day was the massage treatment from Emily. Very relaxing and she applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. I then finished the afternoon with lunch and cocktails at the Sky bar which was also nice. Would recommend if your looking for a day out .

Birthday gift from my best friend and it was perfect. One of the best spas in and close to Birmingham. Absolutely recommend. The lake view and the jacuzzi was my favourite. Soothing vibes and not too busy!

Came on a spa day which included spa access 3 hours and afternoon tea for £50. The spa itself is new and well equipped. Although it’s small, they’ve made full use of the space. There are plenty of facilities and the outdoor hot tub is a great feature. The relaxation room could be a few degrees warmer that’s the only feedback I have. Afternoon tea in the restaurant was fab. Delicious food and nice views. I can’t believe how local this spa is; I’ll be visiting again!
