I ordered a cooker online on a Sunday, The Monday morning a lovely guy called me to discuss delivery and installation. We had the cooker delivered to suit me. The two gentlemen were dressed in shirts and tie and trousers and prompt. Polite and professional and fitted the cooker so fast. Explained how to use it and about my warranty. I am so impressed !
