The facilities were clean and well presented in a nice area. There was parking available on site and the reception area wasn't busy at all. Staff were extremely friendly and the appointment was quick and efficient. The results I had back in less than a week. I felt well looked after, that my concerns were listened too, with a genuine desire to help me get some answers for my health concerns. I was given extra advice for possible next steps too, which I also really appreciated! The clinic is very clean and the reception staff were also lovely, as well the staff that took my bloods who really looked after me after becoming dizzy. What I got was a lovely appointment with a lady who seemed to genuinely care about how I felt and took the time to really understand what is going on with me. She asked all sorts of questions about my health and history, and even extended my appointment by half an hour (free of charge) as she had the availability and wanted to spend time getting deeper into questions and examinination. Poorly written reports, they lie in your reports , no real care and compassion, was left without my blood pressure checked / monitored had to push through to show them that the ADHD medication wasn’t right as they was trying to push me onto Shared care. I was left months waiting for my complaints to be addressed,left me feeling in am anxious state , dis satisfied. On the NHS , will soon get seen hopefully better treatment. I would not recommend them to anyone!
