I paid for quality and this is what I received. Norton’s Florist truly exceeded all of my expectations. My aunts flowers bloomed so beautifully after a few days. I was so blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Linda at Norton's Florist last week! I placed an order for a bouquet of balloons for my new nephew who was being officially adopted the next day. She went out of her way to make it extra special by adding a stuffed turtle as the "anchor" and worked so hard to choose the appropriate balloons for the special occasion! It was a big hit and I was so grateful! She also went the extra mile to make sure it was delivered as the address was not easy to locate! This florist and Linda get a 6 star rating from me! I was ordering from out of town and she made it so easy! A big THANK YOU!
