Kate's Happy Tails

Kate was amazing with our three cats - even though they can be a handful! She gave us lots of updates with videos and photos throughout the week. We will definitely be asking Kate to come back next time we need cat sitting!

Kate is amazing, I have been using her services for my dog Bear for over a year now. She regularly walks him and he's stayed at hers for home boarding too. Bear absolutely loves seeing Kate, he bounds to the front door when she collects him. Kate has been great working around my odd shift pattern to fit in walks for Bear, he comes back so happy. Kate is very professional and I fully trust her having a key to my house. I love that she wears a camera and sends me a live location for their walks. I especially love the pics (some added to this review) I get after their walks, especially the selfies! Bear has stayed for home boarding and its great to hear how he is doing, how much she loves having him and all the pics. It puts me at ease to leave him knowing he's having his own little happy holiday too. I would recommend Kate to anyone!

Kate has boarded my dog for about three years now . We’d love to take her away with us but she’s a bit nervous in new places which means it’s not enjoyable . Having Kate has been a god send . Nala absoloutely loves it there and literally jumps up and down the back gate until she gets into the garden . I never worry about her as I trust Kate 100%, I get daily updates and numerous photos so I always know what she’s up to . I was hesitant about Nala boarding with other dogs as although she loves to play she is a little shy at first ! Again Kate has it all under control

Kate helped me out with holiday cat care right at the last minute. After meeting her, I had no issues with handing over my keys and trusting her with my little ball of fluff! Loved all the photos she sent of Isla (the cat) and the updates of how she was getting on. Have no hesitation in recommending Kate's Happy Tails, in a word, "fantastic". Thank you. x

We reached out to Kate as we have a nervous dog who we wanted to start looking to see if we could put him in home boarding as it would be our preference over kennels. Kate was quick to respond to our inquiry and we had a good introduction call before arranging to meet. We found Kate very easy to talk with and she had a like minded approach to the boarding process. In every interaction, Kate really cared about our dog and offered excellent advice as well as taking everything at our dogs pace to ensure his needs were always considered. Kate has a wonderful home away from home environment with a great setup with a dog proof garden and a lovely mix of indoor and outdoor space. We found Kate's service to be excellent and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for somewhere to board your dog with one on one or compatible mixes then this should be a good choice for you as we found a lot of other boarders would have a large number of dogs on a day to day basis.

What can we say. There are no words which can describe how good she is. You just need to try her and let your beloved pooch do the barking for you. Kate is absolutely superb with our gorgeous Chloe. Chloe always knows when Kate is due to come as she sits in our hall way eagerly waiting for her arrival. Once Kate is through the door she is greeted with the most excitable dog ever who just wants even more fuss than normal. Kate has a fantastic bond with Chloe and you can tell Chloe loves Kate just as much back. When Chloe is boarding with Kate its like a holiday for her. Kates home is adapted to make it absolutely perfect for a doggy holiday. It is so clean, safe and secure. She has so much fun and what we love about Kate is that there is always pictures and feedback everyday after either her walk or during boarding. We can't recommend Kate highly enough and I know if Chloe could type something she would be barking mad right now.

We used Kate while away on holiday for 11 days, it was the best experience from a dog boarder we've ever had! We received twice daily updates from her including what our Labrador had been doing in the day with lots of pictures each time. It was a joy to leave our pup with Kate as we knew she was in really safe hands! We've already booked in for our next holiday. Couldn't recommend more. Joss.
