Playful Paws Birmingham

We left our little Cavapoo with Becky for 4 nights. It was our first time leaving him with someone other than family and we couldn’t have been more happy. Becky filled us with confidence from the meet and greet and all the photos and videos she sent during his stay made us feel so comfortable and let us enjoy an stress-free holiday. She is reasonably priced but more importantly treated him like her own. - from letting him sleep where he felt comfortable to managing his funny eating habits. No doubt we’ll be using her daycare and boarding services again.

Becky was wonderful with my poodle- Pretzel. She kept me upto date with all his pictures and video clips while we were away. She cared for him just like I do. He was a very happy boy after his stay at Playful Paws. Excellent service and I would highly recommend. Thank you Becky.

We've started using Playful Paws services a few months back and we couldn’t be happier! Storm can be quite shy and anxious with new environments, however Becky took extra care ensuring he was comfortable there, he goes regularly for daycare and has done boarding too. Because it’s been so accommodating to his needs, Storm is looking forward every time he goes there, definitely a home from home atmosphere. Storm has joined the day out they had for the swimming pool, which was a wonderful experience which boosted his experience around water. Becky is very approachable and provides regular updates as well as quite responsive for any questions or needs. We definitely highly recommend it, as we did try other providers before and she tops it!

I can't even put into words how amazing Becky is. We were planning quite a big trip and we felt very nervous about the thought of leaving our 6 month old Italian Greyhound for so long (if you know the Italian Greyhound breed, you'll know they're not like any other breed). However, luckily we found Becky even before we brought Cerberus home and thankfully from the moment he met her on the meet and greet he adored her. After a few playdays and sleepovers we felt much more confident that we would be able to leave him for so long. Becky treats all the dogs in her care as her own and is so patient and empathetic to their needs. I dropped Cerberus off and for the first day I was so worried he'd think we'd abandoned him but within the first 24 hours all of my worries disappeared as Becky sent regular pupdates and we could see he was having an absolutely fantastic little holiday of his own. I cannot thank Playful Paws enough for taking such good care of Cerberus. He cannot wait for his next stay!

Playful Paws offer a fantastic service, they are very professional and genuinely care about your pets! My Dachshund has stayed over multiple times and always has lots of fun in a safe environment. Becky is great at updating with pictures so you feel at ease. Can’t recommend Playful Paws enough!

My dog is an anxious girl and shy so kennels were a no no. Becky's set up is home from home and she cares for your pups like they are her own. I know my dog is in safe hands and i dont need to worry, especially as Becky provides updates throughout their stay to give you peace of mind. Playful Paws Birmingham is 5* very professional yet super friendly. I would 100% recommend. Becky is also the loveliest of people!
