Family run boarding facility and wildlife sanctuary. Ray Dedicoat who runs it is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate to all the animals who board or stay or are saved by him and his family. I cannot speak more highly than to say I would not board my dogs anywhere else or take my injured wild pigeons. There are more swanky places but I wouldn’t rely on them to have the same level of care and consideration that I know they get at Holly trees.

Amazing Staff, extremely friendly and helpful.

Our cat was housed at Village Garden Cattery and it was her first time ever being away from us. The staff and owners were very reassuring and made sure Luna was comfortable and well looked after while we were away. They give a lot of information beforehand on the arrangements and the to-dos which makes the process much easier for the customer. Luna came home happy and stress free. We will definitely use this service again.

Thank you so much for looking after our Hazel. The communication throughout was amazing. We took up the offer for Hazel to be picked up and returned to our house, and then went smoothly. We received photos and updates whilst she was away. She’s come back happy and well looked after. She’s a small kitten and this is the first time she’s been away from home and it was an easy experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave her at the Village Garden Cattery.

An unprecedented event happened this last time with one of the cats at home before they left. We have used The Village cattery for the last 5 years. Our cat was always so well cared for whilst staying. They provide updates on how your cat is settling in and updates when you collect them. It was like leaving our cat with family. A great family run cattery.

This is the first time we have used a cattery. Me and my wife were very anxious about leaving our cat for the very first time. From the initial phone call to meeting Bibi for the first time, we were instantly reassured by her that our cat Flossie was going to be well cared for.

Whilst on holiday, Bibi provided us with photos and messages about Flossie which made us feel more relaxed on holiday.

Will definitely be using the cattery again and would 100 % recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Village Garden Cattery. I have been using this cattery for just over 12 months. My 13 year old Paddy has stayed quite a few times. He has IBD and has special food, I no longer worry about leaving him because I know he’s in such safe hands and looked after well. He has always come home contended and happy. The cattery is very clean, and the cat houses are spacious. The owners and staff very friendly and caring. They take time to get to know all the cats individually. It’s easy to book and pay online, and drop off and pick up smooth with appointment times for each. Thank you!

Amazing cattery! Myself and my partner it was our first time using a cattery with our boy salem so we were quite nervous. Salem is a very anxious boy, however Lee and Donna were brilliant and nothing was to much trouble can’t thank them enough salem has came home very happy an settled. It was our first visit to Huscote. Our 2 cats Bonnie & Meg shared a double pen. They both came back much more relaxed than normally & far less stressed. So thankyou for fussing & caring for them. See you next time

What an amazing place took our 19-year-old cat there recently for the for the first time as our usual cattery had to close down the cat side of their business.
Well where do I start, I have always dreaded her going into a cattery for our holidays as she always came back upset, hiding, ignoring us for days but this time she came back calm, happy & just wanted fuss what a difference! I can not thank them enough, so attentive, lovely people. Lizze is fantastic, so caring for the cats, we will definitely be taking her there again & not worrying so much next time, either.

Our cat is having to spend a lit of time here but he’s very happy. Very well looked after and I have yo drag him out of the chalet to bring him home. Lovely people who really do care about your cat. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

We would not take our cat anywhere else. We have used Huscote for 3/4 years now for our holidays and have 3 cats across 3 families. The owners obviously spend time with the cats and always pick up on their little traits which you wouldn’t know otherwise. Can’t recommend enough.

I highly recommend this cattery. My kitten Millie stayed here for a week and she was well taken care of by Lizzie.

Her confidence when I initially left her vs when I came back to pick her up was like night and day! She was very happy there and I would 100% let Millie stay here again in the future.

Our cat Oreo has just come home from another stay. Shes 16 now and we have been using the cattery for 3 decades now as our precious cats Connie & Oli also were regulars. Can’t express how genuine our appreciation is for what wonderful hospitality they have given over the years… such wonderful caring people, always puts us at ease about leaving a member of the family is such wonderful care.

We were considering a cat sitter to visit our house but that would have meant our cat would only have company for 1/2 an hour a day which wouldn’t have been fair. So we booked in with Top Cat Hotel. So glad we did. Our 17 year old cat was looked after superbly. Nikki was amazing, you can tell this is not just a business, she genuinely loves cats. We have booked again for March. This cattery is amazing. We take our cat here, who is a bit of a feisty one. He takes a day or two to settle, but nikki knows him and how to look after him, we could not ask for more, and we know he is in the best care possible. We love Top Cat Hotel.

A fantastic place where they take real care of your pets. We booked our cat in for a week and were so pleased with the love and care she received. Nikki put videos up on Insta so we could see our cat throughout the week and it was clear that she was getting lots of fuss and was really settled. When we came to pick her up, she didn’t seem to want to leave! Will definitely be returning!

I took my cat named Rosie for the first time.She has never been anywhere to stay apart from home. Nicki and her team looked after her very well and Rosie seemed to settle in very quickly (bear in mind she doesn’t like new people). We have used a few catterys for our 2 cats and always been left a little disapointed. Thankfully we have now found Top Cat Hotel for our cats Bosley and Winnie and we couldn’t be happier! Nicki is amazing, warm and welcoming on every visit. On both occasions our cats have been less stressed and more settled, which means we can enjoy our holiday knowing they are being cared for and very well looked after!

Have used this Cattery about 4 times for both of our cats, when our usual Cattery is either closed for the Winter season or full. Although it is almost double the price of my usual Cattery I have always found the staff friendly and welcoming. The location for us is convenient and a similar distance from our usual Cattery.
Plenty of cat pens and staff have always taken us to their pen to help settle the cats in and to welcome them on collection.
The staff have been helpful in providing a blanket curtain to give our rescue cats a little privacy as they can be nervous with unfamiliar people.
After phoning to explain the situation they have also given medication to one of our cats that was coming to the end of their prescription.
They have also washed any bedding if the cats have had a mishap on the journey.
Cats are weighed in carriers on arrival and vaccination records are checked along with Flea/Worm dates.
Having a vets attached is useful if your own vets is unavailable.
Would be happy to recommend to other cat owners.

Caring, knowledgeable and wonderful people run the cattery. They care for your cats as if they are their own. We’ve had our 2 cats stay here four times already and it’s been wonderful every time. Every intake is done in detail to ensure they have all the information about your pets.

Highly recommend Cats Whiskers, we have left our cats with them each year for 10 years and sometimes more than once a year.

Our cats are well looked after, fed and watered. It’s like a second home to them now, very clean and if necessary an onsite vet is available.

We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We have always used The Cat’s Whiskers for all of our cats since we had them in 2010. ALL of the staff have thoroughly cared for and got to know “Miss Grumpychops” and co.

Kim who heads up the team at present is super; really professional but also very caring.

We are super twitchy when it comes to the care of our little family. If ever we got the tiniest whiff of not caring, or lack of knowledge we would whip them out quicksmart.

As it is, we have come to see the Team there as part of our extended care system for our cats. They know and understand us. But, more importantly, they really know cats.

It also helps, I think, that Orchard Vets are on-site for any medical issues. I have to declare bias here as our cats are linked. But by being a pet for life (a type of in-house insurance scheme – but far better), we receive substantial discounts on boarding.

If you are in any way concerned about present boarding, or are new to boarding your cat(s), I can thoroughly recommend Kim and Team to you, your cats will be safe, secure, well fed, fussed (EVEN Miss Grumpychops which to us is massive! That cat doesn’t like anyone except us!! Well done Kim!!).

They may not be the cheapest, I’ve heard of lower rates elsewhere, but what price is your peace of mind? Thank you for taking care of Our Little Family. X

My cat stayed here last week and dispite it being so busy she was so cared for. When I picked her up her pen was spotless and she seemed very content, overall a lovely experience and would definitely use the cats whiskers again.

Great experience with this Cattery, I have left 2 of my beautiful British blue shorthair cats twice and they have always been well looked after. Being a cat mom I know it’s hard to leave them but they are definitely in good hands.

I collected my cat today after a weeks stay, she was happy and warm and well fed, her little room was clean and tidy. This is a great place and you can tell how much the staff love cats. Highly recommend 5 stars.

Lovely cattery with friendly staff and comfy spaces. Was really pleased with the care my cat had here. The housing for cats is really cosy and well thought out. Staff showed my cat a lot of love there. Felt very happy leaving her there.

Well I got reunited with my cat after him being missing for over a year. I had a holiday booked and was panicking trying to find a cattery I was so grateful when Claire had a space become available.
My cat biscuit has come back very chilled out Claire even managed to get him into his carrier with no problems at all and he doesnt normally let me do it without a fight
Biscuits come home very happy and im very grateful for Claire taking good care of my Biscuit so I could relax while away and not stress.

Would highly recommend clare she looked after my rabbit for 2 weeks and I really can’t fault her! The animals are all well looked after clean and well fed. Clare updated me whilst on holiday with photos which was great! He also came home happy with his fur groomed and his nails cut! Thank you clare will definitely be bringing gizmo back for another holiday! X.

Claire is lovely you can tell she loves animals always has looked after my pets.

My mom sent her cat to Animal Mad Cattery for a number of years, my mom raved how good Claire was with her cat. I started using Animal Mad Cattery last year, Claire is amazing with my cats and when i took in a stray cat in June Claire managed to accommodate her at short notice. The cattery is very clean and tidy, the cats have plenty of room to move and play in. Claire also looks after Rabbits (small animals) the hutch and run were freshly cleaned out and again my rabbit had plenty of room. I would highly recommend Animal Mad Cattery %. Claire is very professional and offers an amazing service. Its good value for money and Claire also provides the food (unless the food is on prescription from the vet) I just took the treats. I will be booking the 3 cats and rabbit back in for next year.

Our comments echo the others made here. Claire is clearly a very kind woman who takes very good care of cats left in her charge. Our little girl was with Claire for a month recently. She came out in very good condition. The facilities are good with plenty of fresh air – important for us since our cat is very much an outdoor animal. We will definitely be aiming to get her in with Claire again next time we need to use a cattery

Our elderly cat needs medicating twice daily so we needed a cattery that would do that. Claire was quite happy to give him his medication and also provide senior wet food for him. She sent us a picture of him looking quite content and he was absolutely fine when we arrived at Claire’s to take him home. Would definitely recommend Animal Mad Cattery and will use Claire again

I swear by this cattery! I am a very nervous cat owner and I am very reluctant to leave her anywhere. Before we even booked in, Penny was happy to show me around the facilities and give me tonnes of reassuring details about them and how they care for the cats.

Penny also helped me with Arty’s vaccine record and making sure she was all up to date before her stay. You can tell she’s really knowledgeable about cats which is so reassuring.

We boarded Arty for one night to see how she got on – she had a wonderful time and we had no issues with settling. She’s a Greek rescue so the outside space she has access to is great for her.

We then boarded her again for two weeks and I literally couldn’t fault them, even when Arty was a bit nervous to come out of her travel box she was met with love and patience.

I was given updates when I asked for them and knew my cat was in safe hands, I think I enjoyed my holiday more because I didn’t have to worry about her and I knew I could check in whenever. We suspect that Arty was disappointed to be leaving as she complained the whole way home!

The thing I love the most about this cattery is that there is no nonsense – all the information is clear and Penny is happy to answer any questions you have. I don’t think I’d trust anyone else with Arty now!

So my cat Theodore got suddenly ill a week before he was meant to be staying here, so I spoke to them and they said they would still keep him. Whilst Theodore was with them he didn’t just get the care we paid for, he got so much more. They took pictures and videos of him and almost provided me with a Vets service and gave advice and guidance on how to deal with his condition. Although he will need an operation I have decided to change his Vets and I have decided to keep him off strong medication. I cannot recommend this cattery enough. I will never be able to pay them back for the excellent care they have provided. When I offered extra money for all the extra hard work they refused, demonstrating they are not in it for money. I rate them 10 star.

I had to book Mochi, my Ragdoll, in at the very last minute as I was going away on holiday. A lot of people offered to look after her but got nervous when they heard she can be a bit of a sassy girl at times. She may look sweet and fluffy but she definitely has her moments.

I was really impressed at how well she settled here. Normally at the vets she doesn’t behave her best, but Penny was so professional and calm with her. It’s clear she has a lot of experience and knows how to handle different cats.

Another big reason I chose this cattery is because Penny is so quick with communication. She was easy to reach, answered all my questions, and even sent me a few pictures of Mochi when I asked which was really reassuring while I was away.

I also really value that this cattery is family run and has been established for a long time. There’s a personal touch and genuine care here that made me feel completely at ease knowing Mochi was in safe hands.

One tip I’d share is that this cattery does get booked up quite far in advance, so I’m very grateful Penny had space to take Mochi in last minute. Next time I’ll definitely book earlier.

In the end, Mochi had such a good time that she didn’t even want to come home. I’m very thankful and wouldn’t hesitate to bring her back again.

I wouldn’t leave my cats anywhere else. Penny and her mom go above and beyond with their care . The pens are kept extremely clean and have access to enclosed outdoor space as well as an indoor area.. Archie & Bettie take their own bedding and their favourite toys! They come back healthy and well. Penny will always try her very best to accommodate my two! We all look forward to seeing you again Penny!

Penny and her mother were amazing with looking after my cat Theodore whilst we were away for a week. Theo has been really unwell and even though they are not medically trained they still know what is best for my cat whilst he’s been unwell. I couldn’t thank them enough, they both are so good at what they do so if you are looking for a clean, welcoming cattery this is definitely the place to go to.

We’ve been using Kosseted Kat for the last couple of years after the local cattery we’d been using closed down.
Our Tabby, Lola, is a rescue and not only is she nervous but also came to us with a few health issues, so finding a new cattery where she’d be relaxed and happy was a concern.
We shouldn’t have worried, as Lola has always been very happy in her lodgings. She’s now stayed at Kosseted Kat multiple times, at different times of the year, with her health and diet needs always being met.
I’d highly recommend Kosseted Kat to anyone looking for a cattery.

We have been using the Kosseted Kat cattery for some time, without any issues. When we first needed to place our cat in a cattery we were rather nervous, but the staff at Kosseted Kat were very friendly and welcoming; answering any queries we had, alleviating any fears we had about placing our cat with them. We could easily see that they love cats! We’re happy with their facilities and location. When we request photos, or the odd video, to enquire how our cat is doing, they oblige us without question. This strengthens our confidence we have in them. Our cat, now 14, comes home and settles straight away; indicative of a stress-free environment at the cattery! I would happily recommend the Kosseted Kat to anyone.

First time using this company. Little bit more expensive than a normal cattery but worth every penny for the personalised service and freedom for our pet to explore the environment freely . Faye looked after my cat for a week whilst my family went away on holiday. Can’t rate her enough for the exceptional attention to detail and the detailed daily updates provided. Absolutely recommend to all cat owners. My 2 cats are normally really shy and anxious but we were matched with Chloe and she looked after them so well. They settled super quickly and were so playful. Couldn’t have asked for better for them. So so grateful for the daily updates too with pictures and videos of them, it truly showed how they were cared for and how happy they were. A little disappointed with confusion over boarding days. Although I had requested certain days online, once I’d realised my error I queried this immediately and followed up with a whatsapp message to management sharing the correct days.
This and pricing was agreed.
However, on the day of drop off, I was sent a very formal whatsapp message quoting procedures. No incentive offered although the ‘error’ in pricing had been agreed.

Vivian looked after our cat for 10 days whilst we were on holiday.

We were very happy with the room that was assigned to our cat. It was spacious and actually looked quite fun. He actually didn’t want to get back to his cage at the end so I think that’s a good sign that he was well taken care off!

Recently used this cattery for the first time as the cattery I have been using previously is now closed as the owners retired. I went to view several catteries and was really struggling to find somewhere I would be happy to leave my cat with, that was until I went to view Pusy Willows, it stood out. It was exceptionally clean, every pen was spotless, I was taken around the complete cattery during my visit and was really impressed with the cleanliness. You can tell Christine and her sister look after the cats, every pen I walked past the cats looked in good condition and appeared happy and content. I was provided regular updates from Christine whilst I was away and most importantly when I went to collect my cat she was in great condition and was her friendly old self so I knew she had been well cared for. This will now be the cattery I use in the future.

This has to be our forth time with pusy willows and will not be our last cristine and family do everything possible to look after your cats and will always accommodate everything you ask for them… one time they even accommodated our flight being delayed a whole extra day thank you yet again guys

Best cattery out there!
I live in London but I will always lodge my Bengal with Christine and the pussywillows team. Their cattery is set in a rural part of Birmingham where cats can benefit from the atmosphere. They have separate pens for each cat and also have double pens for those who have two or more cats. Each pen has adequate space and everything your cat needs. They’re amazing when it comes to feeding schedules with the cats and also spend time bonding with the cats to keep them at ease. I have been sent regular pictures and videos as well as on the odd occasion been asked to send voice notes that can be played for my cat when he’s missing us. I can’t ask for a better service, care and communication. I’ve now housed my cat there twice and without a shadow of doubt I will continue to house my pet here whenever I’m on holiday. For the peace of mind and the way they treat my fur baby the 2 hour journey is worth it. So very grateful for pussywillows and the love and care they have for each feline that stays with them. A cattery with a heart ❤️.

Picked up our beautiful Russian blue today after one week staying at Pusy Willows and he is his usual happy and healthy self. I was able to receive updates whilst away which put my mind at ease and the staff were very welcoming when we brought him in and let us see where he would be sleeping and made us and him feel comfortable before we left. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. The Cattery is also in a lovely location and was very clean and well kept.

Nice friendly welcome when I went to visit recently. Would definitely consider using in the future . Looked lovely and cosy very accommodating with your cats dietary needs.

Have left my cat here twice within the last 6-7 weeks now and the staff, facilities and helpfulness of the staff is absolutely brilliant. Lovely clean place and you can tell the staff love doing what they’re doing. It’s abit of a drive from home but it’s worth the drive out. Booking is really simple and I’ve always got the dates I wanted. Even got videos/pictures of my cat whilst on holiday!!
