Fantastic cat sitting service. I’ve been using kitty angels for a number of years and the service is always excellent. Easy to book, clear communication and confirmation. Updates after every visit with photos/videos. Our cats are super happy with kitty angels and they definitely prefer the visiting cat toys to the ones we have at home! I would highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with the services provided by Kitty Angels. Elizabeth took care of my cat Puma for a week, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Kitty angels are a wonderful pet sitting service. They have great levels of communication before and after visits. They put my mind at rest sending photos and updates. We have been using Kitty Angels for many years for various cats. We are always impressed with the care the Angels give – not just feeding but playing and spending time for fuss and cuddles. They give updates for every visit and the photos are lovely and you can see that your precious pet is safe and happy. Full marks – we wouldn’t use anyone else.

We have 2 house cats who we’d tried leaving with a cattery in the past. They were very unhappy and anxious in an unfamiliar setting, and one of them even stopped eating! I can’t say how highly I rate Sherrie. She went above and beyond – driving from Kent to Aberdeen to collect my rescue springador and then all the way down to Southampton and back to Kent. She was so mindful of the dog’s needs and kept me updated all throughout her journey. Please use Sherrie – it truly is bespoke.

I could not recommend Sherrie more highly! She transported my 10 week old Bernedoodle puppy Stevie all the way from Cornwall to north east London yesterday. I had text photo and video updates from Sherrie all through the journey and was able to track her progress through WhatsApp which was very reassuring and really helped me plan my day. Sherrie was so kind and caring and genuinely loves dogs and Stevie was completely at ease when she arrived, despite an 8 hour journey. She stayed a made sure Stevie was well settled and it was lovely just to chat and helped put me at ease. We recently moved from London to Sheffield, and one of our biggest worries was how to get our cat, Beanie, there safe and sound. We’re so glad we found PetsA2B – Sherrie was an absolute lifesaver!

From the moment Sherrie picked our cat up, we knew she was in great hands. Sherrie had everything set up – a comfy crate with a bed and litter tray – and took the time to settle her in before setting off. Along the way, she made sure to check in on Beanie, even spraying her bed with a natural calming spray to ease any nerves.

One of the best things was the live tracker she set up via WhatsApp. Being able to follow their journey in real time was so reassuring, and she also sent little updates after pickup and during stops, which really put our minds at ease.

Not only was Sherrie incredible during the trip, but she also provided valuable tips before and after transport to help our cat settle in smoothly. Moving house is stressful enough, but thanks to her, bringing our cat along was the easiest part of the whole process.

Sherrie is an absolute Gem. Her communication beforehand was superb and she arrived early. Marley took to her immediately, he is very lively and Sherrie made him feel relaxed.

The journey down was very smooth, the use of Cruise Control meant that Marley was settled all the way, and we arrived in plenty of time for our flight.

We had a great conversation on the way down, which actually helped Marley relax as it was like having an extended family member on the journey.

So pleased we chose the fantastic team of The Pet Bus to relocate our senior cat from Jersey (on the ferry) and up to Yorkshire. From enquiry to successful VIP delivery, Les & Gary were kind, professional, swift to communicate and worth every penny. Their DEFRA compliant van is smart, clean and monitors the internal temp. too. Our cat had a spacious ‘kennel’ area with clean litter, fresh water and his own preferred food. Highly recommend.

The pet bus is a fantastic form of transport, they care about your dog and also gave us a lot of support a reassurance about getting our pup in the bus as he had never experienced it before. The Pet Bus Team are an absolute pleasure to deal with, since making first contact through to delivery of puppy Sonny they were efficient, kept us informed and gave clear and direct information about the collection times and details, travel and times of arrival etc.
They sent us pictures when they collected Sonny and when they got to the overnight stay they sent more picture and an update on how puppy slept etc, then again when boarded flight so we knew to track the flight to be at the airport to meet them. Sonny arrived calm and wasn’t fazed at all by having travelled in a van and had an overnight stay and then a flight completely happy wagging his tail when he came out of the crate.

I cannot recommend Pet Bus highly enough. They helped our family through a difficult time when my elderly Dad went into a care home and his dog 14 year old dog Bella urgently needed a new home. Pet Bus organised the transport of Bella on the Pet Bus on Condor ferry from Guernsey to Portsmouth and delivered to our door in Dorset. From the moment I contacted Pet Bus, less than a week ago, the company were informative and so helpful.
All throughout the process and journey we were kept up to date with messages and photos.

Our 18 year old cat needed transport to South East Spain as we were emigrating. We researched plane, road, train and ferry. The least stressful travel option was road and eurotunnel. Too many people and more than one company would have been involved with the other travel options. The moment I spoke with Amanda, a year before Cindy’s journey, I knew 101 Pet Express was perfect. The business prides itself on ensuring all pets are looked after as if one of their own. Needs and preferences are tailored to each furry passenger.
We were so worried about Cindy as she has never travelled further than half an hour and this would be a 2 night and 3 day journey.
Josh was driving her and a live What’s app tracker was set up between us, Amanda and Josh a couple of days before travel. Amanda had a list of Cindy’s likes/dislikes and items to be taken in the van when collecting her from the cattery. We needed some essential cat items to arrive with her and she had a small suitcase and a few bags which Josh was happy to bring. Cindy was on a one to one service with Josh and had his undivided attention which suited us perfectly. The cattery owner messaged me after Josh had left with Cindy to say how impressed she was with the company. She said the compartment was cosy and had room for her bed, carrier, litter tray and water. Josh sent us regular updates, videos and photos along the way which put our minds at rest knowing she was being cared for so well. Cindy really took to him and looked more and more relaxed in each photo and video he shared with us.
When they finally arrived to our new home we were so emotional. Josh took the time to stay with us a while to tell us about their journey in more detail and share other experiences he’s had helping reunite pets and owners.

We had an excellent experience with 101 Pet Express this past week, entrusting them with the transport of our dog, Luna, from Alicante, Spain to Yorkshire. 101 Pet Express exceeded every one of my expectations. From the initial conversation to the final drop off, they were communicative, patient, kind and incredibly reassuring. This was my first time bringing my dog to England and despite my many questions, Amanda was always there to make sure we were confident with each step of the process.

The journey from Alicante to the north of England is a long drive, but Josh and John made sure that my dog was well looked after from the moment I handed her off to them – with regular updates of their walks and making sure she was cool during the summer heat.

K9 Jets is amazing! We are a military family and 3 years ago we had a traumatizing experience shipping our Great Dane in the cargo hold from Seattle, WA to Sicily, Italy using a local pet shipper. I vowed I would never do that to him again when it was time to return to the USA. Fast forward 3 years and I found K9 Jets and I am so glad I did! I was able to take my Great Dane and our little schnauzer that we adopted off the streets of Sicily back to the states on K9 Jets and the dogs were in cabin with me. No crates. From the beginning our experience was amazing. Adam is a top notch communicator and the customer service he provided was above and beyond. He truly cares for us the customers and also the pets. Emma was super on top of emails as well and we appreciated her! We arrived at our own private terminal in Frankfurt, Germany where we were greeted by the patient and kind Georgia from K9 Jets and the other passengers on our flight with their pets. The dogs got to socialize and take bathroom breaks before boarding. Once on board everything was extremely smooth and the service on board was incredible. It felt like a group of friends traveling together with all of our beloved animals. The food and drinks on board were delicious! We had a smooth flight with no problems. Once we arrived at Teterboro airport in NJ we were greeted by the ground crew who took our luggage for us to the private terminal. Once inside the terminal I was greeted by the extremely helpful and sweet Clara (who was a godsend) and she helped me with my two dogs while I secured our rental car. Then she helped me haul all of the bags and luggage along with the pups to the rental car. K9 jets is a phenomenal company and I am so glad we made the choice to fly with them. They care about the people and the pets. Customer service is their top priority and they do it up brilliantly! The process of going overseas with pets is stressful enough on its own, but K9 Jets made it an enjoyable experience and an unforgettable one too. I highly recommend them for your flying needs. You won’t be disappointed! Adam and his crew are truly shining stars.

K9 Jets if a wonderful service, I couldn’t take the thought of putting Bob the cat in the hold of a plane (UK to USA) and not knowing what was going on, so when I was told about this service I knew it was meant to be.
Adam was so helpful with all my questions throughout the whole booking process, answering all questions at whatever time of day! The process was actually really easy and not as complicated as some other pet courier services make out!
On the day of the flight we left from Farnborough airport and all the staff at the airport were lovely, Adam was there being attentive and stayed until the flight had left talking to my parents which was very kind. Emma came on the flight with us and didn’t stop throughout it, making sure that everyone was happy and had a drink or food and that generally everyone including the animals were comfy.
Bob was in his crate which worked fine with the rest of the dogs and there was no problem with any of the animals mixing.
At the other end when we landed in New Jersey we flew through customs and then were on our way.
It really was a great service and I would definitely recommend it.

I flew with K9 Jets from Frankfurt to Teterboro with my 12 1/2 year old Golden Retriever Lucky. K9 Jets offered an excellent service before and during the trip. The flight crew was great and super friendly. K9 Jets is definitely the best choice when traveling between the USA and Europe with a dog. K9 Jets went above and beyond in bringing our PBGV Buddy Holly back to the UK from New Jersey after he retired from the show ring and ‘public duties’ after winning BIS at the Westminster Kennel Club in 2023. I can’t explain how comforting it was knowing he was safe, happy, and travelling in pure luxury with K9 Jets alongside Christian his travel guardian from Signature Pet Transport. The whole process was zero stress for Buddy and on arrival he was gifted his own personal goody bag, just like his fellow canine passengers, which he’s enjoyed greatly. Greeting them directly off the jet on the tarmac was an added bonus too. They deserve more than five stars! Buddy and I definitely recommend this way of travel and with K9 Jets specifically!

Julie & Kirk were amazing amazing amazing! Our little cutie cavapoochon Podge loved his little adventure across Europe and the beautiful grounds they stopped off at in France. Julie organised the whole thing this side including AHC and then the passport for Podge in Spain! Julie kept us updated throughout the trip re every single detail with the cutest photos and videos. He was so happy upon arrival in Spain to see his grandparents as we were arriving the following day yet kept running back to Julie for more and more cuddles! She is so so amazing and, funnily enough, one evening we were walking through the town in Santa Ponsa, and Julie happened to drive through there! Little Podge recognised her from the road!!! I can’t praise Happy Trailz enough – I was very apprehensive about arranging to transport my 10 year old female cat, especially as she is very petite and a nervy animal, plus we were unsure as to when we could travel over until our visas arrived.
Julie was great, she fully explained the process to me when I enquired (had other options in mind at the time) and was full of reassurance that Tilly would be okay and arrive at our destination when we would also arrive.
We opted for the courier service as our visas arrived later than we wanted and just felt we shouldn’t wait any longer. The arrangements were seamless and we were able to drop Tilly off to Kirk who was her courier for the trip, at a mutually convenient destination. It meant we could be ready and fly ourselves knowing Tilly would be waiting for us at our destination airport.
That, plus Kirk was amazing with her. He gave me updates on the journey including flight information and also sent photos along the way.
Tilly was waiting for us in the arrivals lounge, along with Kirk, who had looked after her continually from me saying goodbye to her in the UK, up to meeting her again in Alicante.
I can’t thank Happy Trailz enough, Tilly was calm and happy when we collected her and she’s very quickly settled into Spanish life, probably a lot quicker than we have, lol!

As we prepared to relocate from Menorca to the UK, we faced the challenge of sending our 13-year-old Border Terrier, Nutmeg, ahead of us. Darren and his team are great and ensured a safe and easy trip for me and my family. We had Mandy and Steven for our driving team and they were honestly so kind and understanding. They worked really well with our needs and had great communication about what to expect for our trip through out the process, they were able to answer questions we had before we even booked with them. They picked us up all the way from Italy and brought us to the UK with our two ferrets and made paperwork extremely easy for our side of things. One thing that made choosing working with them easy was the peace of mind of being able to be with our ferrets the entire way. Other forms of transport would have taken longer and given my ferrets unnecessary stress from being separated and scared. They use secure forms of payment and were able to provide proof of their licenses upon picking us up. Steven and Mandy showed outstanding professionalism and were really organized. I highly recommend them for pet transport needs within Europe!

They do provide crates if needed, we chose to keep them in their cage for their own sense of familiarity. Here they are sleeping peacefully on the trip.

I’ve just had, yesterday, my first initial chat with Darren about relocating us with our dogs and cats to Spain, in the Autumn. Although we do not have dates yet Darren was informative and kind, even though he was out of the country and on a transport run. There will be more discussions as time progresses, but I was left with a positive sense of capability and care from him. It is important to us that we travel with our cats and dogs and Darren shares that. We used Darren to move us & our dog from Amposta, Catalunya, Spain to Ferndown, Dorset through France & via the tunnel to the UK. Arrived at our destination in good time & well relaxed including our dog, even though we had bad weather on the UK side of the trip. Relocation from UK to Germany – very smooth and comfortable.

We booked exec pets for our relocation from London to Germany with our dog. Initial communication and booking was quick, friendly, and helpful. The trip was very smooth, thanks to our expert driver team Nigel and Debbie, who did all the work for the channel crossing for us and helped us with the pet registration at the border. They were super friendly and helpful throughout, and made sure we and our dog were comfortable and happy (incl water/juice and dog snacks). Any requests from us for pit stops etc. were promptly taken care off, and we had a fantastic relocation.

Execpets provides a great service. We used them to travel within the UK, a 2.5hr journey. The communication was good on whatsapp. Our driver was changed a couple of times but I was kept updated and had a smooth journey with Jamie. It was great to travel together with our dog and suitcases and one thing less to worry about. Thank you for providing your services for pet owners!

Darren from Exec Pet’s is utterly amazing. From the minute he arrived at the airport to the dropping of of our pets to their homes in the uk everything was professional and seamless!
