Customer Reviews
Best restaurant I have been to in England and around the world. Food was amazing. Service was better than any Michelin star restaurant and all came in really cheap.
We enjoyed every dish, we had “table buffet” which is the manager picking dishes for us. Everything was cooked fresh. Did not feel like they were using “base source”. Could not recommend this place highly enough. From management to waiters to cleanliness. Everything was A*

Went with a group of friends with a plan to eat light, ended up having a feast of epic proportions. The table buffet was recommended to us. The owner and staff treated us like guests at his house, with an amazing mixed grill to start and an abundance of curries, rice and naan bread. To finish off, he gave us ice cream and brownies with a fruit platter. We had leftovers to takeaway as well. Highly recommended, don’t think twice.

We visited from Edinburgh to try the buffet on a weekend. There was a huge spread with everything from paneer to chicken to fish. They were very accommodating and even dished up some vegetarian dishes. I like most of the chicken and fish dishes. Their naans and rice were also great. The service was better than what you will get at most restaurants in the UK. They were constantly checking with us about the food and whether we needed anything. They brought us more food than we could possibly eat! Special thanks to Mr Kavinder (hope I got his name right) from Silchar. Of all the Indian buffet places I have tried in the UK, I would rate this at the top. To the staff and management, keep bringing smiles on our faces through your food.

When we entered the restaurant the staff were very friendly making us comfortable and showing us to our table. They offered popadoms and took our drinks order promptly. The restaurant was very clean and had a welcome, friendly vibe to it. When ordering the staff offered recommendations to our preferred level of spice (or lack of it). We ordered 3 main curries, 2 naans and 2 side dishes which was more than enough for four adults. Food came in suitable time and it was delicious, some of the best curry we’ve had in a while. We would definitely come back to Jalebi Restaurant again!!

It sounds like you had a great experience at Jilabi Restaurant! Here’s a summary of your review:
Jilabi offers an excellent buffet with a wide variety of starters—so much that you got full before even reaching the main course! The starters were plentiful and delicious, while the main course was equally impressive, though you couldn’t fully enjoy it due to being full. The dessert was good, and the chai was superb, rounding off a great meal.
Overall, it seems like a fantastic dining experience with generous portions and tasty portions.

Just had the most delightful evening and meal at Jilabi. Tasty beautifully presented food, amazingly friendly personal service, lovely sense of humour. Surpassed our expectations. We took the bus from Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight. Easy to get to and a treat to start our holiday. A credit to Birmingham. Big thank you to Jilabi.

Customer Reviews
We eat quite early so when we came in at 18:20, the restaurant was quiet but it soon filled up and by the time we finished dining, it was buzzing with activity and was super cozy. The staff were super lovely and kind. A young lady was being trained and was super sweet, the lady training her was polite and patient – great to see. It was also great to see the young gentlemen who were still teens when we came here for the first time 7 years ago. Food is otherworldly! I always go back to lasawalla gosht and it never fails to satisfy. What a joy to dine here!!!

Great balti restaurant. Busy! So either book ahead or expect a bit of a wait but it’s worth it for classic old school balti and naans as big as your torso that will block out any unwanted dinner guests. Makes you proud to be from Birmingham.

Came with a friend for a work event and travelled 30 minutes and was really worth it
Poppadoms, mango chutney is great
We had chicken Karahi with naans and good portion sizes
Don’t forget to have their mocktails as they tasted amazing
Not only that staff was really friendly and attentive
Price wise very reasonable and affordable
For two people cost no more than £35 for what we ordered.
Atmosphere is great with great music in the background
Lastly when do you use warm hand wipe with a gentle scent of oud.

We came in after reading the great reviews. They are all spot on.
I had a mutton shashlick hanging kebab starter which was lovely. We had a butter chicken chooza which had a decent kick to it. We also had a keema muttar which was excellent. 5 of us ate here and we all thought the curries were full of flavour made with lots of fresh ingredients.
All the staff were very friendly. Bring your own alcohol. My daughters enjoyed their mocktails too.
Don’t hesitate to eat here!

I celebrated my 20th birthday at Royal Watan, and it was nothing short of incredible..
We started with an amazing mixed grill, packed with tender, flavorful meats, perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection, the fish being my personal favourite part. It was the ideal way to kick off the meal. For my main, I had a Kashmiri pizza with chips, which was a unique and delicious choice.
Having being on crutches, the staff were amazing. Providing seats with plenty of space and alot of space to manouvre with easy access to the toilet
The service was excellent, and the food was unforgettable. Royal Watan truly made my birthday special, and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality food and a great dining experience.

If you’re in the area do not miss the opportunity to visit Shebabs. From the moment we arrived the welcome and service was excellent. The menu is vast, but staff are on hand to advise. They haven’t got a licence, but you can bring your own alcoholic drinks if you wish. Highly recommended.

Was a spontaneous visit. Went for 2 dishes, fish karahi and the chicken tikka garlic. Personally not a fan of the chicken dish, garlic was a little overpowering. The fish dish however was very nice, easily one of the best I’ve had so far, unsure what type of fish is used but it was tasty, fresh and full of flavour. Both naan and roti were nice, didn’t have any of the fries but they looked decent. Will be back to try other items off of their massive menu.

Had a good experience here last night. Service was attentive & whilst there was a delay in some of the food arriving, the boss came over with an additional dish for us to try , which was not sought by us, and this was delicious & a nice touch.
The food was overall very good. The ‘Table Naan’ was impressive but let down by what appeared to be the use of margarine rather than ghee, which was the only complaint we have on the food.
I would definitely recommend this place & would also definitely return.

The food was great (I had a Chicken Balti with Veggies), but what really impressed me was the manager’s genuine kindness: I had a problem with parking nearby, as someone parked behind me and prevented me from leaving. I mentioned it to the manager to see if the other car belonged to any of the staff – it didn’t, but he still went above and beyond to help me find the owner, despite it being a busy Saturday night. It’s thanks to him that we managed to get home safely (and of course well-fed).

We booked a table for dinner dinner. The service was great and the food was amazing. I ordered a beef vindaloo. It was spicy but had lots of flavour and the spice wasn’t overpowering.
My wife had the beef cheeks. She doesn’t like hot and spicy food and she loved her dish as it had great flavour and was mild. She loved it.
When we visit Birmingham again, we will definitely come back again.

Had the tasting menu at Lasaan and it was fantastic. Each course was full of flavour and really well put together – from rich, fresh starters to comforting mains and a lovely dessert to finish. Portions were slightly larger than expected, and thoroughly enjoyed. You get to try a great variety. The staff were nice and explained each dish. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe. Definitely one of the top dining experiences I’ve had in Birmingham – recommend.

Had a really good experience. We had the Birmingham Food Festival set course. Also came with an amuse bouche which was panipuri. Flavour profiles were amazing and portion sizes were bigger than expected. Curries could be spicier though! Good service (by Vivek & Akhter) and overall excellent experience.

Incredible food and overall experience. Didnt hold back on the ordering amd thought the bill was very reasonable considering the high quality of the food and service. Im usually a spicy curry kind of guy but the young lady serving recommended the butter chicken and it was fantastic, so flavourful. We were out celebrating my girlfriends promotion at work and they brought us out a complimentary cake on the house(lovely touch) . cannot wait until our next visit 🙂

We went for the 6 course tasting menu experience.
It was a really nice experience, the food was nice but there were repeats on components across the experience.
The repetitive flavours were a let down but the overall quality, flavours and textures were nice and I would recommend people to try it. I also felt the dishes could use a tiny bit less salty. Let the other flavours shine!
We did also order 2 additional sea food dishes. The plating is super pretty.
I really enjoyed my mocktail and my king prawns.the dessert was super refreshing and light too.

Eating here was a really lovely experience. What I loved most was how attentive Arusha and Akhtar were. They really made our visit special and it felt like there was nothing they couldn’t do. The food was really great we ate quite a few things and afterwards we still felt great which reflected the quality of the meals. The interior is timeless and felt really special and the people the atmosphere was A+. I went for dinner after my graduation ceremony and the staff surprised me with dessert which I wasn’t expecting at all. Top hospitality

Our meal at Lasan was a Christmas gift (Gift card). The restaurant is very intimate and is beautifully presented. The staff were very welcoming throughout the whole evening. We arrived 30 minutes early and as it was quiet (Sunday evening) we were offered the option of being seated at our table or having pre-drinks in the bar, which we did – the best Passionfruit Martini I have ever had! We were seated promptly at our table time and were brought a complimentary nibble with our popadoms, whilst we eagerly awaited our starter. We chose a sharing platter starter of chicken, lamb, salmon and king prawn which was absolutely devine! For our mains my husband chose a chicken dish in traditional curry style and I chose beef cheek on a dahl base. This was accompanied by pilau rice, plain naan and peshwari naan. Both dishes were excellent, although I was expecting the beef to have more Indian spicing – still delicious! The naans were lovely and fluffy and very fresh. Portions were very generous and we couldn’t quite finish our dishes. We both then enjoyed chocolate fondant desserts with pistachio ice-cream. The evening was a real treat and we were looked after well by Vivek who regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely return.

Delicious curry house!
I had the butter chicken and partner had the tikka, 100% would return!!!
Poppadoms and yoghurt are worth a trip by themselves SOOO GOOD !!!
Only downside is the hot bowls, they slip around on the plate it’s served on so quite hard to eat!
Service was lovely, quick and very helpful with indecisive ordering!

I was visiting Birmingham this week, and my mates and I decided to go out for a meal. This was the perfect spot. The food was delectable and plenty—I got a Balti butter chicken with pilau rice that filled me up and the regular naan was the size of my head!! All of it tasted fantastic! Really good time, big portions, fair prices and attentive service.
It was a bit loud and the lighting was dim, but that wasn’t too much of a bother. 5 stars!

Great food and good atmosphere. A well run family business. The quality and palate of food is really good. A gem in the heart of Stirchley village that you would not hit a miss attending!
The food portions were generous, the staff were very attentive to our needs and they asked us repeatedly if we needed anything.
I recommend the Butter chicken dish for the little one and their Keema dishes for the adults. But in all good experience…

Excellent balti house. They do all the basics really really well and stick to it. Great food, with good choice on the menu. Good value for money and great service. Nothing trendy or quirky, and no alcohol just BYOB. They just do the food really well and that is just the ticket for me.

After trying countless curry houses over the years and often feeling let down by sickly sauces and grisly meat, I can confidently say Akram’s has completely changed the game for me. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing – always a great sign – and it only got better from there.
The food is absolutely beautiful. I usually end up ordering just a starter elsewhere, but at Akram’s, the curry was so perfectly balanced and full of flavour, I enjoyed every bite. The chicken was tender and literally melted in my mouth – not a trace of gristle in sight. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish.
The service is just as impressive as the food. Warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing – the staff really make you feel at home. We were so impressed, we’ve already booked to come back for Christmas Day, as we love to eat out during the holidays and this place blew us away.
I truly cannot recommend Akram’s enough. If you’re after delicious, authentic curry with top-notch service in a lively and welcoming setting, this is the place to be. An absolute gem!

Itihaas One of my favourite Indian restaurants in Birmingham — we visit every other week! We usually order the Butter Chicken with Naan and the Chicken, Lamb, and Shrimp Biryani. Everything we’ve tried is delicious and perfectly cooked, with generous portions that are quite large for one person. The staff are also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I visited there last week, and we got a table without a reservation. We had a lovely time there, even though the tables were close to each other, the atmosphere was good inside, the service by the staff was exceptional, the food was good, especially the chaats we had as a starter. You will find street parking nearby and need to pay for it until 1800hrs

Food was quite nice and okay for the price, we were given a complimentary cheesecake for a birthday in the group, which was nice. They were also quite accommodating for dietary preferences. Although one of the waiters made uncomfortable jokes with a hint of sexism when approached with a query.

We visited Ithihaas with normal expectations but were absolutely blown away by the quality, taste, and service. Thali dishes can sometimes be hit or miss, but here, every single item was exceptional! We also tried the Himalayan Fire Ribs, and they were simply Top Notch!
A special shoutout to Jasi, Lavesh, and Asma for their outstanding service – they made our dining experience even better. The trip from Gloucester to Birmingham was absolutely worth it, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic flavors and great hospitality.

My 5 star should say it all I tried few dishes 10 years ago in Selfridges pop up and now trying in their restaurant . Nothing has changed . The ambience and aesthetic was to die for. As u walk in I felt like I am walking into Maharaj Mahals.
Loved the Ramadan special Thali, food was well seasoned and cooked.
The drink JUNGLE MUNGLE was SO refreshing, absolutely loved IT.

Visited 04/12/24.
The food was impressive and surprisingly above my expectations. This was recommended to me from Anita from Gucci in Selfridges. I wasn’t expecting it to be any good given the names of the food on the menu & the price tag but it was impressive and I would go again. The only thing to watch for is it has double the price tag of food you could get elsewhere, the curry’s are £20-25 and the biryani was £27. The rice was a large portion but the curry was standard. I definitely recommend it if you are able to afford this, as I found it delicious.
Service – was good, room for improvement here. But no issues.
Toilets – Smelt a little.
Food – Exceptional taste.
Price – Overley expensive. But worth it if you need a taste bud tingle.
Deco – some good things to take pics off, place had a more darkened presentation. We came in from the rain and the floor was slightly slippy, so be careful!
Get the mixed basket of breads, it will be cheaper.

We went on 17.02.25. The food was absolutely superb, couldn’t fault it! I had a lamb jalfrezi and my wife a lamb curry. Both were very tasty and cooked to perfection. The service was also amazing. They were very polite and friendly throughout; it’s the small things such as opening the lemon wipes at the end and holding the door for us on the way out that make a big difference. I Would definitely go back next time I’m in Birmingham.

Absolutely amazing, the service was fantastic. The food was gorgeous, the best meal I’ve had out in a long time. The waitress and waiters were fantastic and really catered to our needs. When we arrived, it had not long opened, so it was pretty quiet, but it soon filled up, and the atmosphere was great. We were originally a table of 3 but a quick call to upgrade to 5 was no problem at all and due to road works, we were also later than our booking time, this was no problem at all.
Will be back for more it was so tasty, and we will bring our friends too ❤️

Was in Birmingham just for the weekend to watch the Athletics and found this gem on the way to the stadium! Booked for dinner later that evening and they didn’t disappoint! I ordered the lamb Shank and it was delicious! Meat literally falling off the bone ! and it was a big portion too! If I’m ever back near there I will definitely return!

The food was out of this world, best curry I’ve had in a very long time. Amazing value for money in a perfect location. We will definitely be back soon.

Starting with the good points the staff are friendly and attentive. The poppadoms are nice too but unfortunately it was downhill after that with the rest of the food unfortunately the restaurant is actually right next to an overflowing and stinking bin which is unhygienic and personally don’t give it a good reputation…… The food isn’t much to be desired either i ordered a chicken korma which actually didn’t taste like korma and didn’t look like it as it was white it isn’t usual white and unfortunately I didn’t eat all mine as it didn’t taste right and chicken was hard not tender. Overpriced considering the quality of the food was not there. I was disappointed by this due to the previous reviews saying it was the best curry around which I would hugely disagree and I expected better given that but can’t win them all. However, I won’t be returning and I won’t recommend.

It appears that the staff is accommodating to special requests and dietary needs, a significant benefit for families and those with allergies. A delicious range of dishes is available.

The restaurant offers a convenient option, especially with their delivery service. It’s a place that prioritizes customer satisfaction and appears to be a great place for a celebratory meal with loved ones. The quality ingredients are a plus.

Going to give an honest and constructive review hoping the owners see this.
Been eating here for 15+ years. Lately I’ve noticed the past 3 times the food has dropped its standard a bit. For example the naan bread has been coming out flat and hardly any char, they’re tasting like a regular naan from a supermarket. Also the Balti dish used to have an aroma, lately they just taste like a basic curry. No tomatoes or any peppers in my curry. As for everything else they’re are still fine, the staff are very nice people, the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed, I love coming here but I don’t think I will be coming back for a while because the past few times I’ve left disappointed.

We came here for my mom’s birthday a group of 17 with children / lots of them .
The staff were fabulous with a kind touch .
All food orders were correct including those with allergies .
Mom had a slice of cake ( last minute with a sparkler, candles..provided by staff and they joined in with her celebration )
They also have mom a bottle of wine complimentary and the table a baileys , for us this was above and beyond but very much appreciated.
Thank you all for making mom’s birthday stand out !
I would highly recommend …we can be a fussy bunch but you guys delivered .. we will definitely be back .
Warmest regards …The group from Friday evening.

Customer Reviews
One of the best balti experiences I’ve ever had, the food was simply outstanding. Each dish arrived piping hot, generously portioned, and bursting with authentic, well-balanced flavours that truly captured the essence of classic Birmingham balti cuisine. The spice profile in every curry felt carefully considered, delivering robust taste without overwhelming the palate.
Portions were extremely generous, making it superb value for money; we left thoroughly satisfied, with enough to share around the table and still take some home. The supporting sides, especially the soft freshly baked naan were perfect for scooping up the rich, aromatic sauces.
Service was equally superb: the wait staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready with helpful recommendations, contributing to a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout the meal.
Overall, this was a standout experience that set a benchmark for what a great balti should be authentic, generously served, and executed with great care for flavour and hospitality.

We ate here yesterday as a biggish group after being at the test match. Had to make a quick visit to the nearby supermarket for some beverages as it’s unlicensed. They were incredibly busy but the service was excellent. We thought the food was fantastically flavoursome with generous portion sizes and the prices beyond reasonable. One of our party, an expert in jalfrezis remarked that it was the best he’d had in years. I loved that I could have a combo dish. This restaurant has justifiably great reviews and we recommend it highly. I’m sure we’ll be back on many more occasions.

It’s been over 25 years since we last dined here, we used to be regulars back then. Unsurprisingly the dining room has changed and for the better, smart toilets now too.
I enjoyed my meal here, and the wife would have done except she found all to be on the hot side.
It started well, the poppadoms and chutneys were very enjoyable.
We then had a few issues with the menu or rather the ordering. When I asked what the Pathia Diwan Style was like, our waiter told me to read the menu, I wasn’t impressed and told him he should ask someone who would know.
If you’re interested it’s the same as most pathias. I opted for a sheekh kebab to share, a balti chicken tikka jalfrezi, and the wife a “safeish” chicken and mushroom balti.
The sheekh kebab was quite hot, this I find typical of most Pakistani starters. It was also very firm in texture and I am fairly confident that it had been microwaved. Despite this, I thought it OK but the wife gave me hers after a few bites.
It was a similar experience with the baltis, mine was very good and the wife struggled through hers.
I think every one of the staff must have asked if the meal was OK, I was going to mention the wife’s was a bit too hot for her but she didn’t want to make a fuss. No complaints with the sides and the portions were generous.
I thought it was reasonably priced, the bill being all the better as you can take your own alcohol. That said, I noticed quite a few taking in their own soft drinks, it’s not just here either.

This is a truly outstanding curry house. Bring your own beer if required. Tremendously efficient service, the prices are supreme and the grub is ace. Ok, our taxi from The Grand Hotel at about 20.15 on a Friday hit heavy traffic so incurred extra expenditure, but still. Do not be put off by the surroundings, give this joint a try!

Birmingham, home of the best Baltis in the UK, Diwan does the best Balti in Birmingham! My son travels here from Bristol for this place’s Jalfrezi – too hot for me. However their Saag is a beautiful balance of spice, warmth and flavour.
And I can take my own wine. Perfection.

I recently visited Diwan Restaurant in Birmingham and was genuinely impressed. It’s a straightforward, no-fuss place that focuses on delivering bold, authentic flavours, especially if you’re into grilled meats and traditional South Asian dishes.
I ordered the mixed grill, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked, the seekh kebabs were juicy, and the chicken tikka had a rich smoky flavour that really stood out. Everything was well-seasoned and clearly cooked with care. The naan was fresh and soft, perfect for scooping up the rich, spicy curry sauces that came with the meal. Portions were big — definitely come hungry or plan to share.
The vibe in the restaurant was lively but relaxed, with a mix of families, students, and groups of friends. It had a comfortable, down-to-earth feel that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the food without feeling rushed or out of place.
Service was friendly and efficient. The staff were approachable and helpful, checking in just enough without hovering. Even when it got busy, they kept things running smoothly.
Price-wise, I thought it was great value. You get generous portions and high-quality food without having to spend a fortune.
All in all, Diwan is a fantastic spot for anyone craving proper desi-style grills and hearty meals in Birmingham. No pretence — just good food done well. I’ll definitely be returning.

I travel to Birmingham once a year with several colleagues for a weekend event in Symphony Hall next door. Our digs are usually at the popular high rise hotel over the road. We’ve probably been at least five or six times to Celebrity and apart from a slight slump in quality several years back, the grub hits the spot! It’s pretty big so seating has never been an issue, whilst the menu is varied enough to hopefully please everyone. Go for the Tandoori Combo and a cheese naan! Prices are standard for city central.

Convenient location directly above the Brasshouse pub on Broad St. Great venue, spacious and stylish design. Frequently asked questions about Balti restaurants in Birmingham
What exactly is a Balti restaurant?
A Balti restaurant typically specializes in Balti cuisine, a style of cooking originating from Mirza, Pakistan. Balti dishes are characterized by their cooking method – prepared in a round-bottomed steel pan known as a "balti," which allows for intense heat and rapid cooking. The dishes are usually served directly in the balti pan, and are often accompanied by naan bread for scooping.
Why is Birmingham so famous for Balti restaurants?
Birmingham holds a special place in the history of Balti cuisine because it’s considered the birthplace of the Balti restaurant as we know it. In the 1970s, Bangladeshi chefs brought the concept of Balti cooking from Pakistan and adapted it for the local market, creating a unique culinary tradition that has become synonymous with the city. This led to a concentration of Balti restaurants and helped establish Birmingham as the "Balti Capital of the World."
Where are the best areas to find Balti restaurants in Birmingham?
The Sparkbrook and Balsall Heath areas are historically the epicenter of Birmingham’s Balti scene. You’re most likely to find the most authentic and traditional Balti experiences there. However, Balti restaurants can now be found throughout the city, including areas like the city centre and Edgbaston. It’s a good idea to explore different areas to find a restaurant that suits your taste and budget.
What are some common dishes served in a Balti restaurant?
Common Balti dishes include Chicken Balti, Lamb Balti, Prawn Balti, and Vegetable Balti. These are generally prepared with a rich tomato-based sauce, a blend of spices, and often feature fresh herbs like coriander. Many restaurants also offer a variety of other South Asian dishes such as biryani, tandoori dishes, and curries.
What is the difference between a Balti and a curry?
While both are South Asian dishes, there are key differences. A curry generally refers to a broader category of dishes cooked with a sauce, often milder than a Balti. A Balti, specifically, is cooked in a Balti pan, leading to a faster cooking time and a more intense flavor. Baltis tend to be hotter and spicier than many traditional curries, and the distinctive cooking method creates a unique texture.
Are Balti restaurants usually family-friendly?
Most Balti restaurants are very family-friendly. Many offer a wide selection of dishes suitable for children, including milder options and vegetarian choices. The relaxed atmosphere in many Balti restaurants makes them ideal for a casual family meal. Many restaurants also offer high chairs and children's menus. It is always advisable to check beforehand.
What is the price range for a meal at a Balti restaurant?
The price range varies depending on the restaurant's location and ambiance. Generally, you can expect to pay between £10 and £25 per person for a main course, naan bread, and drinks. Some more upscale Balti restaurants might have higher prices. Many offer set menus or deals that offer good value for money.
Do Balti restaurants cater for dietary requirements?
Most Balti restaurants are accommodating to dietary requirements. They typically offer vegetarian and vegan options, and can often adjust dishes to cater to allergies or intolerances. It is always best to inform the restaurant in advance about any specific requirements to ensure they can prepare a suitable meal.
What is the typical ambiance of a Balti restaurant?
The ambiance varies from restaurant to restaurant. Some offer a more traditional, rustic setting with simple decor. Others have a more modern and stylish design. Regardless of the decor, Balti restaurants generally offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Many feature traditional music and artwork to enhance the dining experience.
What's the best way to find reliable reviews of Balti restaurants in Birmingham?
There are several resources available for finding reliable reviews. Websites like Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, and Yelp provide customer feedback and ratings. Local food blogs and social media platforms can also offer insights. Remember to consider a range of opinions and look for consistent patterns in the reviews before making a decision.
