Very friendly staff, you could see good team work and co-operation. Place was clean even the bathrooms which isn't always the case in pubs and bars. The food was outstanding. We've been back a few times and I'll be back again.

I went to the bar mainly for a language club that takes place inside. But it's very nice inside, although it's a bit tough without air conditioning and they charge you money for charging your phone, it's not free.

Visited this morning as we were staying next door at the Travelodge for the Christmas market. Had a wonderful breakfast , good service, comfy seats, and dog friendly, would definitely visit again.

Brilliant food lovely astomphere staff very friendly and helpful they would do absolutely anything for you toilets in the back a disabled ramp in used and on a ground level so okay power bank for phones etc payable not much car parking bus and metro go past here pudding was fantastic nice and rich keep up the good work

Absolutely the best NYE ever in O'Neill's Broad Street, Birmingham the atmosphere was great. You let the New Year in with us, fantastically Happy New Year to all the staff you worked so hard The cleaners, you have done a fantastic tidy up we are here now having breakfast which is great value, and very tasty, thank you to Dave & Elosie, also to Chloe, a lovely friendly bar maid.A very well earned ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to you all, Thank you
