Absolutely amazing experience at Haidilao Hot Pot in Birmingham! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant, perfect for a gathering with friends or family. The service here is top-notch – the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and they’re always attentive without being intrusive.The food is fresh and flavorful, with a huge variety of broths and ingredients to choose from. I especially loved the choice of dipping sauces, which allowed us to customize our flavors. And the robot servers? Such a fun, unique touch! The free snacks and even the aprons they provide show how much they care about creating a memorable experience. Fantastic experience of something completely new. Staff is very attentive, polite, and smiling. We had so much fun cooking the food ourselves, fishing it out of the pot. Salad bar is very fresh, and little theatre with pasta was a nice addition. Very clean restaurant. They also have a robot delivering food. Very recommended.

Today we have been to Haidilao Hotpot Birmingham and we just had a really wonderful dine in. First of all, the staffs are really friendly and welcoming and provided extraordinary service. Thank you to the whole team. We parked at Millennium point and it was only an 18 minute walk if you want decent parking!

The tomato hotpot is so yummy and super tomato!! We love it so much. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and provided great service. It’s an amazing place to celebrate birthday as the atmosphere is really good.
