It is one of the best South Indian food restaurants in Birmingham city center. Staff are friendly, however there were not sufficient number of staff compared to restaurant's busy business. Food is tasty and awesome. Weekend evening is busy, and it is better to reserve the seat before your arrival.

I had a great experience at Chennai Dosa, thanks to Charmie’s excellent service. She welcomed us with a warm smile and made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious—especially the chicken dosa and mutton biryani, with the mutton being incredibly tender and the biryani full of flavor. The chicken noodles had an authentic street food vibe. While the chicken 65 and rasmalai were average, the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This place is great! atmosphere is chill and cool. Top notch food. The staff was helpful, even though there will be room for improvent on service side.Great place to hangout at an affordable price.The restaurant accept CASH only. There is a cash point nearby but be prepared.Restaurant timing also varied based on the day of the week.Saturday and Sunday they open early at 10 am, other days only at 12pm.

Got acid reflex after eating here. To save cost, looks like they are using low quality cooking oil and not recycling the oil frequently. But the service was good and staff are welcoming. They only accept cash, no card payments.
