This is a very nice buffet restaurant, the owner is a pakistan. This is an independent building and it looked like a palace. It also has its own free parking lot. There’s a lot of options however there isn’t sea food. But if you don’t like spice, maybe you should reconsider before going. Yes this is a 100% halal restaurant. If you are Muslim you can relax and enjoy the food without fear. Children under 5 can eat for free, and children under 10 eat for half the price, I think these prices are very fair. And coca cola free

The staff is the most capable ones I’ve seen in England. It’s like the staff at the white house. They check on the tables every 5 minutes and they make it their duty to have absolutely no trash on your table. If you have a sweet tooth i think you will not be disappointed trying this buffet. The only criticism I have is I think they need to provide more green, just cucumber and tomatoes is not enough for a balanced meal. The queue at this place is a mess due to how successful it is. If there was a guard with giving out numbers or whatnot should fix the problem. If the owner wants the restaurant to flourish more he could try and add some different dishes like maybe sushi. But I don’t think there’s such need as this place is VERY successful. This is a very successful owner and a very successful restaurant. We will definitely be coming back. Please don’t forget they also provide a room for prayers, if you are Muslim you can pray without worries and or distractions. Clearly while making bank, the owner did not forget the existence of Allah. So the in conclusion if you were pondering on whether or not you should visit I 100% recommend this buffet.

Also if you finished eating there is also lots of places and mini markets near by that provides fruits you could purchase. This area is a very friendly place with lots of Pakistan and Indian people. You are less likely to see white english people, but rest well, this is a very safe area as this area has almost no drunk people or people doing drugs.

Bit noisy but big car park and great range of food. People mostly had chocolate fountain and ice cream I think. Fish was my favourite I had it for starter and main.

Buffet was really good, had amazing range of starters, lots of mains but lacked desserts. Not bad for £22pp, amazing space and great for families & kids.

Really nice buffet restaurant. Great selection of a wide variety of continental foods. Service by staff members was great. The quality of food was good. Fantastic that the drinks are included including mango lassi!. The only downside is the kids sticking their fingers under the chocolate fountain while coating their food 🙁

Customer Reviews
Lovely venue with nice atmosphere, had nice soup, chicken dinner and cheesecake. Roast dinner was great, only issue was roast potatoes were slightly undercooked and there could be a few real ales on tap (at least I missed them if there was). Really nice old building and venue to eat at/ have a few drinks

We were early to arrive but sat at the bar while our table was getting ready. The food was amazing and desserts delicious. We had cocktails from the 2 for £12 and they were spot on. We were also given two free cocktails made accidently by the barman…. Hubby was pleased! Overall we really enjoyed our evening with our daughters and would definitely recommend a visit.

Highly recommend, my family and I came to celebrate my mom’s birthday over the weekend and had an incredible time! We booked theatre tickets right after our meal and honestly didn’t want to leave because the atmosphere was fantastic, lively, and the great music added to the ambiance. We had pizza and the black truffle rigatoni, all very delicious!

Daniel is a real asset to your team, he really took care of us and made our experience even better!

Thank you to Daniel and the team for being so accommodating! We will definitely be returning.

The place is beautiful and service was very friendly and accomodating. Some of the dishes were really good and some very average.Definitely recommend the Festa carne pizza..thin base and busting with flavour! They have a specific cocktail list on offer which is two of the same for £12 which a fantastic deal and cocktails are not your standard ones. Pork was so overdone, couldn’t cut into but server very kindly replaced it with another dish. The Lamb grill platter was okay. The kofta was way overdone.Squid and chicken thigh starters were nice! I would come again for the cocktails and the lovely atmosphere!

1st and last time at Bella Italia.
We were sat at a dirty table and asked to move. We were told the table we wanted was reserved, to see it then be given to 2 customers 30 minutes later who didn’t reserve.
Told to order on app, no personal service.
Minestrone soup was tomato soup with some pasta in. (No mention of tomato – which we had an allergy for)
Food was lukewarm at best.
Quite possibly the blandest carbonara I have eaten, had to ask for Parmesan cheese and waiter came out with a grater.
No cutlery on table, had to get these ourselves and didn’t clear away the starters before mains came.
Raised all of these concerns with the manager who rather than talking to understand the issues, sent the waiter to advise the bill was £0.
Don’t waste your time or money.

We visited Bella Italia on a busy Saturday, which is expected as it’s located on the high street.
We ordered online, and while our drinks and starter arrived quickly, there was a long WAIT between the starter and the main course. Unfortunately, we had to ask for our food multiple times, which was frustrating.

The waitstaff could definitely be more attentive. After finishing our starter, we didn’t receive any clean cutlery, and we had to request it each time we needed it, which became quite annoying.
While the food was decent, the overall service experience left a lot to be desired. A bit more care and attention from the staff would make a big difference.

Beautiful place, really busy so probably need to book in advance. Two managers – ladies were really lovely and accommodating. Great food, great service. Not every Bella Italia is the same but this one was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The manager of this place is a joke, a new manager needs to be hired.
I came last night with friends and noticed the manager was extremely friendly to other customers however was quite rude towards myself. The manager does this thing where he sits with his customers and has a chat with them if they come from an ethnic group of White.
My food took over an hour to come which I then had to cancel as other customers ( white ) were getting treated like royalty whilst myself was being treated completely different.
Perfect restaurant for those who are white, any other colour avoid.

Piccolino’s offers a pleasant dining experience in a nice location with appealing decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The tiramisu stands out as a highlight, while the rest of the dishes, including the bruschetta and spaghetti, were average. The pizza and calzone were enjoyable. Service was satisfactory, matching the overall ambiance. Prices are reasonable, making it a decent choice for a casual meal.

We had a booking for our Xmas Dinner whit Rudy’s pizza’s.
We arrived at the specified time confirmed whit the Manager who booked us for 16pm.
We arrived at the restaurant and wasn’t now one at the host stand to welcome us…
Not great impact .
We order food and drinks .
After a while the food came out from the kitchen.
The pizza dough we didn’t like and the waiting staff none of them explained us its meant to be soft and runny.
Overall the dining experience whit Rudy’s pizza’s 6.5 out of 10 points.

We recently visited Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, and the experience was fantastic! We ordered four pizzas, and each one was bursting with authentic Neapolitan flavors. The crust was perfectly soft and chewy, with just the right amount of char, and the toppings were fresh and delicious.

Although we received our pizzas before our drinks arrived (they arrived 2 minutes apart), the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The quality of the food speaks for itself, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Highly recommend Rudy’s for a true taste of Naples right here! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Their open kitchen and their wood fire oven is peaceful to watch. I served Capricciosa Pizza and it was great, but I’ve had the best Pale Ale Beer in a very long time. They serve their own beet brand and it’s fresh, refreshing with a citrus taste. I strongly recommend Rudy’s Pale Draught.

And yes: the food is delicious, beautifully served and the portions are generous.
Make sure you book a table, specially for Saturday night! Worth the visit!

A great location at Resorts World overlooking the lake. The food was delicious as always. The only negative for me is that it feels a bit overpriced, but it is a nice treat every once in a while.

the food was delicious i had the linguine carbonara and it was great however the pizzas were dry and thin and tasteless and the service was appalling the staff were constantly forgetting about our table and it took them over half an hour to take our order, the food arrived relatively quickly then we had to ask 4 times to get the bill which was horrendous. the restaurant was freezing cold the whole 3 hours we were there in total mostly waiting around but it is well decorated

I recently dined at Ask Italian and was very pleased with the quality of the food and drinks. The meals were delicious, well-presented, and reasonably priced, offering great value. The drinks menu was also impressive, with a good selection of beverages that perfectly complemented the dishes.

However, the service left something to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the service was quite slow. We had to wait an unusually long time for the bill, which put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Overall, while the food and drinks were excellent, the slow service, especially when it came to settling the bill, was disappointing.

Customer Reviews
I recently visited Gusto with a large party and had a mixed experience. The starters were excellent, and the service stood out—our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the appetizers fell short of expectations.

Several guests who ordered medium-rare steaks received them rare instead. While the kitchen did take them back to cook them to the correct temperature, this took a significant amount of time. Additionally, while most of the food came out together, the pizza took even longer than the steaks that had been returned, resulting in us eating at different times.

That said, the wait staff were terrific. They apologized sincerely, and the manager offered a discount on the bill, which was appreciated. It’s clear that the kitchen was the primary issue, as the front-of-house staff worked hard to address the problems.

Despite the hiccups, Gusto shows promise. With better coordination from the kitchen, it has the potential to deliver a much better dining experience. I’m open to giving it another try in the future.

What to say..We were out for an engagement lunch and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
Ben who seated us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Wasn’t phased with my questions regarding his recommendations. He clearly knows his stuff and is an asset to your business.
It wasn’t too busy when we arrived but got busier, however the level of professionalism remained a constant.
Agne who served us was brilliant, she was friendly, chatty, warm and very attentive and didn’t keep us waiting when taking our drinks/food order. Again, was happy to make recommendations, and again is an asset to your business.
The food was amazing, drinks moreish and service outstanding.
Thanks for making our special lunch even better.
We will absolutely be back.

We visited Gusto for our wedding anniversary. They have a great selection of Italian food on their menu with something to suit everyone. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, we were well looked after by Paulina who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had the pan seared scallops for starter and my wife had the Garlic butter signature dough petals, both dishes were excellent. For mains we had the Scallop and Prawn ravioli and the spaghetti carbonara with some seasoned fries on the side, both me and my wife finished every last bite of our mains, they were very tasty and fresh. The seasoned fries were a big highlight for us!

We saved some space for dessert and had the Nutella dough petals, the team surprised us with a special anniversary message on the plate which was a really nice touch.

One of the best meals out we’ve had in a long time, thank you Paulina and the Gusto team for making our anniversary special!

Customer Reviews
Been to Pasta di Piazza many times. Unfortunately this time will be our last ever visit. Nothing is the same like before. Service was absolutely horrific. Rude staff, not professional at all. Table was booked for 4 people, the staff tried to seat us on a table for 2 people… such lack of attention to detail. The blondе waitress was very rude to one of us when came to take order. We were not ready yet and she made an annoyed type of face to us. We decided to move on and try to enjoy the food. Well that was silly of us. The mushroom risotto was absolutely overcooked. It was like porridge consistency. The pasta was extremely greasy. When I asked to speak with the manager he tried to convince me that the lack of professionalism from the staff is just a mix up. And apparently that’s how they cook the risotto there. Definitely not going back ever again.

Wonderful experience. Was once here quite a few years ago with friends and was delighted that we all returned here.

Everything was superb – the staff, the service, the atmosphere and of course the fantastic food and wine.

Absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Great food and great service, this place is better than Cucina Rustica round the corner IMHO. Upstairs dining room is better than downstairs and if you can get a window is well worthwhile. The steak and porcini sauce is amazing and chefs are *french kiss*.

The service is exceptionally balanced in terms of attentiveness.

Attracts all sorts of people and you can see why, something for everyone on the menu.

Always love to dine here especially for a special occasion like a birthday. Food was delicious, as always, portions were very big, drinks were flowing and we were just left to enjoy our evening without any kind of rush at all. Never fails to impress.

Variety of options and specials to suit any dietary requirements

Thanks to the staff who moved our reservation due to some late comers for the evening, really helpful and were happy to accommodate

***Review 1***
So I’m giving San Carlo a 3 out of 5 rating, which I feel is very reasonable.
Let’s start with the positive! The food was actually DELICIOUS!!!! The steak and oysters were to die for!
The reason I’m only giving 3 stars is for the service. Now, let me say that the staff were very apologetic but it still ruined the experience slightly.
Our reservation was for 7.30pm, we arrived on time as we were already in the area. The table wasn’t ready so we were asked to wait at the bar. At 8.05pm we were still waiting for our table. At around 8.15pm we were seated and our order was taken. At 8.45pm we still hadn’t even had any drinks. I know this seems a little harsh, but 3 out of my 4 plates were cold/raw and didn’t even require cooking.
There was no option to remove the service which I didn’t feel was deserved.
Was the food worth it, ABSOLUTELY!

***Review 2***
After having a horrendous experience at The Oyster Club we decided to walk over the road to San Carlo.
I have to say against all odds, we were able to be seated immediately.
The food was served waaaaay quicker this time and the restaurant itself seem to be running a lot smoother!!!
Again, the food was very nice quality. The Chablis wine is delicious!!!!
They’ve definitely redeemed themselves, which has made me edit and improve my Review.
Thank you for saving my birthday meal!!!!

we had pre booked our table of six for the afternoon- we arrived to a wonderful air conditioned room… which we appreciated as it was quite muggy outside The staff were curtious and helpful. And we were quickly seated at our table – drinks service was quick. The Menu offered a good selection. Again Service was good and polite. Food arrived quickly, hot and well presented. By the time we left it was very busy. Would definitely recommend

I’ve always believed that having great food alone doesn’t make a restaurant exceptional. What truly sets a place apart is the combination of perfect cuisine, outstanding customer service, and a kind soul at the helm. Gea, the manager at San Carlo, embodies all of these qualities. Her dedication to ensuring a flawless dining experience, coupled with her warm and welcoming nature, makes every visit to San Carlo a delight. It’s this rare blend of excellence that turns a good restaurant into an extraordinary one. Thank you, Gea, for making every meal memorable.

Pretty restaurant, feels very luxe but prices are decently affordable, recommend for a date during a nice day out in the city. Food was tasty and hot when served.

We had booked for today’s lunch giving us two hours until we had to leave for the theatre.
The restaurant was very busy.
We chose for the ‘festive Christmas’ set menu and both had the mushrooms as a starter.
The mushrooms were served with toasted bread but were very cold.
We informed staff who didn’t seem that concerned about this.
Service was so slow we had to leave for the theatre without our desserts.
Our main meals were fine.
We did ask if we could return later to have our desserts, and we could.
