Customer Reviews
I recently visited Gusto with a large party and had a mixed experience. The starters were excellent, and the service stood out—our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the appetizers fell short of expectations.Several guests who ordered medium-rare steaks received them rare instead. While the kitchen did take them back to cook them to the correct temperature, this took a significant amount of time. Additionally, while most of the food came out together, the pizza took even longer than the steaks that had been returned, resulting in us eating at different times. That said, the wait staff were terrific. They apologized sincerely, and the manager offered a discount on the bill, which was appreciated. It’s clear that the kitchen was the primary issue, as the front-of-house staff worked hard to address the problems.Despite the hiccups, Gusto shows promise. With better coordination from the kitchen, it has the potential to deliver a much better dining experience. I’m open to giving it another try in the future.

What to say..We were out for an engagement lunch and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.Ben who seated us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Wasn't phased with my questions regarding his recommendations. He clearly knows his stuff and is an asset to your business. It wasn't too busy when we arrived but got busier, however the level of professionalism remained a constant.Agne who served us was brilliant, she was friendly, chatty, warm and very attentive and didn't keep us waiting when taking our drinks/food order. Again, was happy to make recommendations, and again is an asset to your business. The food was amazing, drinks moreish and service outstanding. Thanks for making our special lunch even better. We will absolutely be back.

We visited Gusto for our wedding anniversary. They have a great selection of Italian food on their menu with something to suit everyone. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, we were well looked after by Paulina who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.I had the pan seared scallops for starter and my wife had the Garlic butter signature dough petals, both dishes were excellent. For mains we had the Scallop and Prawn ravioli and the spaghetti carbonara with some seasoned fries on the side, both me and my wife finished every last bite of our mains, they were very tasty and fresh. The seasoned fries were a big highlight for us!We saved some space for dessert and had the Nutella dough petals, the team surprised us with a special anniversary message on the plate which was a really nice touch. One of the best meals out we’ve had in a long time, thank you Paulina and the Gusto team for making our anniversary special!
