I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the vehicles and the level of service provided.the staff greeted were great, ensuring and informing throughout the process. The vehicles we had was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained, making my travels both safe and enjoyable.What really stood out was the punctuality of the service. The car was ready and waiting for me at the agreed time, and the return process was just as smooth. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any queries. We have just used Royal Limos for an event which spanned 2 days. Words cannot express enough how much of a profession and warm hearted service they offer. Our driver was absolutely impeccable when it came to hospitality, timing, etiquette and just the general demeanour and atmosphere. It was a pleasure to use Royal Limos and I would never use any other company again. Pleasure to have met you and I will be recommending you to all our friends and family for future use.

These guys have been around for a long time and customer service is where they shine. I booked them on my school prom back in 2009 and I booked them for my wedding in 2021, I booked 4x rolls Royce’s and I got a call on the day to say one of the rolls Royce’s I booked as an issue so they upgraded me to the drop head. The drivers were very polite, professional and very respectable. There was traffic on the way but the drivers were very well aware of the route and made a diversion and got us there on time. I couldnt recommend these guys enough the give literally 5 star service and go above and beyond, the cars are immaculate condition.

At first glance speaking to the owner he was very polite and exceeded what I wanted. I hired a few vehicles from here for a wedding which was done 5 months before the event. I paid extra to have the limo and rolls Royce stay the duration of the event. Upon the event they had an Audi R8 and few other cars which we picked and I checked these over to ensure there were no scratches or dings. I pointed out several dings on the vehicle also paint on some panels did not match the rest of the vehicle which told me these were either painted already or were accident damaged cars. I pointed out on the driver side front bumper underneath there were scratches which were from scraping the bottom. They told me not to worry everything is fine and all noted. Now on the wedding day they tried to drive off with the Royce and limo upon questioning them as to why he said he had other jobs. I explained I paid extra for them to be there and he called his gaffa and explained to them he was going to go and what not. I explained to the the guy I paid extra and I want my order fufilled. After a looooong conversation they stayed with the driver being upset and walking around as though he was going to do something. After the event we went to give the vehicles back low and behold all the damage I had pointed out to them before the hire they said was fresh and they were not on the vehicles at time of rental. Wow not only are you liars but incompetent as well. I argued the case and showed them the photos I had taken on the day of pick up to which he could not replay back and said leave it.Overall a dreadful experience if I had not stood my ground they would have charged for all the damage which was already on the vehicles. I presume they let the cars back out and have since charged customers damage which was already there. Please be careful. They are other companies out there with respectable values don’t spend your hard earned money here. They are a bunch of thugs. Beware.
