A star care home! Digby Manor is like a home from home and dad is very settled there. The residents are very well cared for by staff who really do go the extra mile. The monthly newsletter is fantastic! It shows all the wonderful activities that dad gets engaged with, which is very nice to see and reassuring for us as a family. An amazing care home. I visit weekly and the feel of the home is lovely. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the residents look very well kept. Every day there is a variety of activities put on and I particularly like their ‘National Days of Celebration’. A wonderful care home with the focus on the residents central to all that they do. A* in every way and our dad loves it there. We were concerned at first about putting him in to care, but Jane and the team have alleviated all our concerns. Thank you to everyone at Digby Manor for doing a fabulous job.

My 94 year old mother has been a resident here for approaching 2 years now. I never cease to be amazed by how well she is looked after by very professional and caring staff.She suffers from dementia but is always treated sensitively and appropriately by every one of the staff. I am incredibly relieved to know that I don’t have to worry about mom, and I am also happy in the knowledge that she is perfectly happy and content. A massive thank you to all at Digby Manor, I doubt there is a better care home anywhere.

Everything was explained clearly before and during the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable. The clinic was welcoming, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Had my initial meeting with Jay and she was absolutely brilliant! I’m not proficient in finance or the finance world, and so she kept everything very simple for me to understand. Reliance Care Solutions has been a great home care provider for our family. They primarily treated our mother over a period of more than three years, followed by our father. Despite their deteriorating health, both of our parents were well-established and receiving the care they needed. RCS was proactive and responded quickly to problems or concerns. As a family, we would like to sincerely thank all the carers who have supported our parents throughout the years. We are all very grateful that you brought calm and joy to our parents’ final moments.

I have had an extremely positive 3-month stay at the Circle Rehabilitation Clinic. I really cannot thank all the therapeutic, medical, care, catering and cleaning staff enough for everything they have done for me during a very challenging and difficult time in my life. They have all absolutely played their part in making my stay wholly positive and rewarding.
I have found the therapy to be challenging yet always purposeful and carefully focused on my individual needs. I have been set targets with clear lines of communication and excellent continuity between the physiotherapy and occupational therapists, just one example of very good multi-disciplinary working that has benefitted me greatly.
In addition, medical and care staff have supported me very well, and this has certainly added to my motivation to make physical, sensory and overall progress during my stay.
Health care staff have also always been helpful, courteous and friendly, creating a comfortable and supportive environment that I have very much appreciated.
Huge thanks also to the wonderful catering team led by Harjeet. I’ve been served tremendously good and healthy food by very friendly and helpful staff.

Wonderful experience! All staff are amazing in particular the catering staff are fantastic! The ward team who couldn’t do enough to make sure my husband was fed and watered to a high standard! This is a tremendous facility that I had not heard of before I was referred from The Priory after my arthroscopy. The building is modern, light, airy and clean. It appears to be well equipped to aid a good recovery. I was treated with respect by all members of Staff. My Physio was Jamie who gave me several exercises to do regularly which at the moment appear to be helping. He was very considerate and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My husband stayed in Circle for 10 weeks. The staff here made it a pleasant experience. I have been very pleased with the care and support that Laura has given me during my physio appointments. She is very friendly and is able to demonstrate and explain the required knee replacement exercises. I can highly recommend Circle Rehabilitation Birmingham. Cannot thank Laura Brookes enough for her incredible expertise and kindness she has shown me during the past 8 months. I ruptured my Achilles tendon in December and after surgery started seeing her in late January. The exercises (and also the availability of the app) she provided were superb – also her depth of knowledge and her understanding of you as a patient – when some days you felt very low and like you’d never walk again! After every single session I would come out feeling a lot more positive and be able to move freer and felt stronger. Beyond grateful to her – and also the wonderful gentleman who was so cheery on reception who would check me in at each appointment. Highly recommend

The lady that did my treatment was absolutely fantastic and really helpful. My hearing as not come back yet like I thought it would but my ears feel a lot clearer and have been given great advice on aftercare.

Took my mum in for an ear wax cleaning, and the whole experience was quick, professional, and very well-handled. The staff made her feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The procedure didn’t take long, and she noticed an immediate improvement in her hearing. Really happy with the service—would definitely recommend it to others.

I took my father here in a small emergency and she was able to do a quick same day appointment and in one of the quickest cleaning appointments I’ve ever seen, managed to do the best cleaning job I’ve ever seen. She is exceptional in her work and her character, and that’s not mentioning that it’s only £60 for both ears (£40 for 1).

Kully provides a friendly and relaxed service in a clean and welcoming space. I’m always happy with my results and after care advice is provided. I happily recommend to anyone with ear complaints!

Pension consolidation and a trust fund for our baby have been set up in record time, with very clear information, easy to understand even for us with limited understanding of financial terms. Divine intervention provided great palliative care for my dad. We all had a meeting to discuss wants/needs/timings all of which we all knew from the outset would change as symptoms worsened. Dad being a proud and determined man was not an easy patient to care for but the carers managed to gain a rapport with my dad and got on together. The care given was above and beyond and is something I would not wish to do myself full time. The care timings were very flexible and pretty much as requested by ourselves. A massive thank you to dads carers and Nicky there manager.

When my mom came out of hospital in December for end of life the hospital gave her 3 months we are now in March and mom is just improving everyday we had to change care agency when she was sent home we as a family was a bit worried about changing but because we wanted to get her home asap because in hospital she was deteriorating but it was the best decision we made for mom Divine Intervention have been amazing they are so care & will go above & beyond for mom. Mom trusts them. I would highly recommend them. All of mom’s carers are fab they are Tohsin, Cynthia & Helana. Mom has gone from bed bound to been able to sit out in her chair for a few hours a days that’s with the assistance of the fabulous carers.

Divine care was the best ever care for my mum on her last days. The carers that looked after my mum were named Muna and Miriam. They were very loving and Affectionate towards her and so professionally handled when it came to her personal care. They not only took care of mum but our family by giving us hope and courage in her last days. The nurses never stopped smiling and always bought a smile to mum and us. I’ve been through so many care agencies and they were no where near compared to this one. I hope they carry on this excellent work . I wish I can give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you very much Muna and Miriam and Divine care. Will never Forget you.

I had a really positive experience with Actual Care Service. The whole training process was smooth, professional, and well-structured. The office environment is welcoming and well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I’d especially like to thank Nin Kaur, our theory instructor, who was absolutely amazing—she explained everything clearly, made the sessions interactive, and always took time to make sure everyone understood the material. She’s a fantastic teacher!

Also, a big thank you to Raj Kaur, our practical trainer, who was very supportive and hands-on. She created a comfortable learning space and gave us useful, real-world advice that made the training so valuable.

It’s was excellent training I really enjoyed it I learnt a lot. The trainer was really nice she explained the content clearly and well to understand it and she was really understanding. It is stressful enough needing a loved one to be looked after, and this place has added to the stress 10 fold. Would not recommend, need more training to be able to look after the people in need as well as emotional family members. Also need to have an understanding of what safeguarding means.

This care service is excellent as I hear about it all staff members are kind hearted specially the Raj and Nin. They are very friendly nature and give training in very nice way. I like that nature and recommend everyone who want to start their career as care worker join with actual care service.

Actual care are a great company if you need carers to care for people. Looked after my mom for quite a while now and can’t fault them. All the staff approached me with respect. Greeting me and answering all my questions. I felt very welcomed. I was escorted by one of the staff to “Swon life training”. I took my training there. I felt very comfortable and was given alot of good friendly support. All the information which i was provided with has taught me alot. Much better. This training was BRILLIANT. All of my questions yet again was answered professionally and accurately. I was not uncomfortable asking for support which I am happy about. Actual care services and Swon training has boosted my confidence and understanding. I believe i will become a great care worker. Because of this excellent service i have been provided.
