Reliance Care Solutions has been a great home care provider for our family. They primarily treated our mother over a period of more than three years, followed by our father. Despite their deteriorating health, both of our parents were well-established and receiving the care they needed. RCS was proactive and responded quickly to problems or concerns. As a family, we would like to sincerely thank all the carers who have supported our parents throughout the years. We are all very grateful that you brought calm and joy to our parents’ final moments.

Divine intervention provided great palliative care for my dad. We all had a meeting to discuss wants/needs/timings all of which we all knew from the outset would change as symptoms worsened. Dad being a proud and determined man was not an easy patient to care for but the carers managed to gain a rapport with my dad and got on together. The care given was above and beyond and is something I would not wish to do myself full time. The care timings were very flexible and pretty much as requested by ourselves. A massive thank you to dads carers and Nicky there manager.

When my mom came out of hospital in December for end of life the hospital gave her 3 months we are now in March and mom is just improving everyday we had to change care agency when she was sent home we as a family was a bit worried about changing but because we wanted to get her home asap because in hospital she was deteriorating but it was the best decision we made for mom Divine Intervention have been amazing they are so care & will go above & beyond for mom. Mom trusts them. I would highly recommend them. All of mom’s carers are fab they are Tohsin, Cynthia & Helana. Mom has gone from bed bound to been able to sit out in her chair for a few hours a days that’s with the assistance of the fabulous carers.

Divine care was the best ever care for my mum on her last days. The carers that looked after my mum were named Muna and Miriam. They were very loving and Affectionate towards her and so professionally handled when it came to her personal care. They not only took care of mum but our family by giving us hope and courage in her last days. The nurses never stopped smiling and always bought a smile to mum and us. I’ve been through so many care agencies and they were no where near compared to this one. I hope they carry on this excellent work . I wish I can give them 10 stars if I could. I had a really positive experience with Actual Care Service. The whole training process was smooth, professional, and well-structured. The office environment is welcoming and well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I’d especially like to thank Nin Kaur, our theory instructor, who was absolutely amazing—she explained everything clearly, made the sessions interactive, and always took time to make sure everyone understood the material. She’s a fantastic teacher!

Also, a big thank you to Raj Kaur, our practical trainer, who was very supportive and hands-on. She created a comfortable learning space and gave us useful, real-world advice that made the training so valuable.

It’s was excellent training I really enjoyed it I learnt a lot. The trainer was really nice she explained the content clearly and well to understand it and she was really understanding. The director introduced himself which was very nice and made us feel very comfortable with the company. All the staff were very helpful.

It was a excellent experience with swan life . Because my friend suggested me to get a training with them . So i reached at office I discussed with staff . They booked me for training and I successfully done it. I would say to everyone who is looking for job and do training in care sector must contact with them.

It is stressful enough needing a loved one to be looked after, and this place has added to the stress 10 fold. Would not recommend, need more training to be able to look after the people in need as well as emotional family members. Also need to have an understanding of what safeguarding means.

I felt very comfortable and was given alot of good friendly support. All the information which i was provided with has taught me alot. Much better. This training was BRILLIANT. All of my questions yet again was answered professionally and accurately. I was not uncomfortable asking for support which I am happy about. Actual care services and Swon training has boosted my confidence and understanding. I believe i will become a great care worker. Because of this excellent service i have been provided. Clarence Care have looked after our parents for over 2 years providing an excellent level of care throughout. This enabled them to stay in their home and they very much looked forward to the daily visits. We have nothing but praise for the quality of service by all concerned.

Clarence care is my care agency, positively I feel like they are my extended family. They help me with all my day to day tasks as well as social life, if it wasn’t for Clarence care I wouldn’t be able to access the community, go to my voluntary work and church my spiritual well being is catered for. They are flexible and available around my needs and are always on the end of the phone. I don’t just have an agency I have additional family members.
During lock down I have been isolated Clarence Care have enabled me to participate in some training activities which are CPD certified I can use this training to further my voluntary work within the community.
My dog Bailey is really incorporated into my care plan and his well being is also considered, I like the fact my dog is also respected.

We used Clarence Care to look after my mother. The care received was excellent throughout, they adapted well to all changes in mum’s health. Every carer was kind, treated her with compassion, took time to know her likes and dislikes. This meant they knew what food suited her, times she woke up, how to wash her etc. They brought health issues to our attention and contacted health professionals as mum’s condition worsened. Mum enjoyed their company and they cheered her up at a difficult time. We were always able to contact them by phone which was very helpful. I have no problem recommending Clarence Care to provide a high level of sensitive care.

I have been using Clarence Care for over three years. All the carers have been understanding and helpful. Their care has enabled me to recover from a long hospital stay and subsequent period of rehabilitation at home.

The ladies who ran the club wer amazing whent beyond,the kids thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and all the games ,was very interactive, my kidss wer all catered for and felt safe and happy leevinf them there in thoer care. I do wish the lunch was a bit varied that was only issue although they enjoyed the nuggets nd chips

My first impression of your company wasn’t good but having your carers coming in 4 times a day. I soon changed my opinion. They are warm and friendly. Always with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I especially want to give credit to two carers who came to two main carers. Rene and Myra. They became more than just carers, they were more like friends.

From our first meeting, I knew we would be on to a good Caring company. Watra Care has provided a 1st Class care for my Uncle who was a palliative patent. The carers was always sympathetic gently with him always taking time to sort him out. The Lovely ladies carers always professional pleasant, smiley when they entered the house. We all became friends. I have been receiving home care from blessed hearts for around 5 months since coming out of hospital. The staff are friendly always smiling I have care 4 times a day, they help me with personal care on the morning washing, dressing, etc and they also make a lovely cup of coffee. The office staff are easy to work with and they will do everything they can to meet your care needs. I would definitely recommend them to you for a great service and fantastic care staff.

My mom has dementia and has been having the carers comming in 4 times a day for nearly a year now I have nothing but praise for the carers who come in they do her something to eat and make her a drink and give her medication which helps me so much to do all other things that she needs help with shopping etc my mom looks forward to them comming as she gets a nice chat with them. We have been so fortunate to have been awarded care by Blessed Heart. The team provide care to my terminally I’ll father and have been in place for 8 months. The company have provided experienced and very empathetic carers. Special thanks to Nirmal who has done the majority of shifts and always goes above and beyond his duties. I can honestly say that the team has become part of the family and they have enhanced the last few months of my fathers life. Thank you so much to a wonderful company and care team.
